I decided to choose this place after seeing a lot of awesome reviews and booked an appointment with the Master Stylist. Unfortunately it was not a great experience for me. I have long hair, growing for the past 2 years. I wanted a cut/style for long hair, I wanted the stylist to do something innovative and give me a style. I wanted a style that I can wear without a bun/ponytail or looking messy. I also showed some pics of styles that I desired. Stylist and I agreed for a shoulder length cut and that's all was done - no professional suggestions or styling, just plain trimming of long hair by 2-3 inches. I was in and out in 20 mins. I mean anyone without any hair cut experience could do the trimming/shortening of long hair to medium length. I could have done that at 1/5 of the price somewhere else or free at home! I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an exceptional haircut at Virile barber & Shop with the talented apprentice barber, Stef. I cannot commend this establishment enough for the fantastic atmosphere, friendly ambiance, and kind-hearted people.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth, making me feel instantly comfortable. The positive energy resonating throughout the barbershop created an inviting environment.

Now, onto the star of the show – Stef. Her expertise and dedication to her craft were evident in the outstanding quality of my haircut. Not only did she deliver exceptional results, but her energy and enthusiasm added an extra layer of enjoyment to the experience.

Very bad experience with my haircut. I was booked with Steph and she messed it up for me now I have to live for next couple of months with this!!! I showed her the reference video and explained how I keep my hair and style it but the moment I saw the length of my hair which was chopped off and I knew that very moment that there is no way back from this.

I did ask for water which I am still waiting on!

I booked for beard as well but she couldn’t do it because there was some one waiting in the queue and I don't know why would you not finish mine or have buffer between two consecutive appointments.

Thankfully Andy stepped in and went an extra mile to do my beard, thats the only good thing spending shit loads and getting the worst hair cut in a long time.
