I had extreme pain on my right side of my back hours before calling to get a massage. I called around 12:45 PM on a Thursday, and someone immediately answered to tell me it was okay to come in at 1:30 PM for an hour back massage. I came in, immediately greeted. The place looked clean. The massage rooms are open and airy (except for a curtain) so every step and whisper are heard. PLEASE BE MINDFUL when entering the spa. There's an area to the right with lounge chairs and foot massages. To the left are rooms lined up for a back massage. IN the front there's a chair for (clothing on) type of neck/back massages. I told my masseuse that my right side hurts. She and I had a language barrier but someone in the room next to us heard me say that to her and then I think translated. My masseuse was a female with strong hands. I had to tell her one time to lower pressure and she did as I asked. She also asked from time to time if I was ok. She did a wonderful job avoiding to put too much pressure on the sorest parts - thinking it was a pinched nerve. Included in the massage was not only magic hands, but also hot stones too! After the massage I got up slowly and didn't feel rushed out. It cost me $60 for 60 minutes which I think is reasonable and I was cured . I would definitely recommend this place for a really good massage.

I recently visited this massage place and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. The price for the massage was also very reasonable, especially given the exceptional quality of the service. But the real highlight was the massage itself. It was truly wonderful! The therapist was highly skilled and knowledgeable, and I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated by the end of the session. Overall, I highly recommend this massage place to anyone in need of some serious relaxation and self-care. The staff is amazing, the price is right, and the massage is simply divine. Don't hesitate to book your appointment today!

My husband and I visited One Foot Spa for a 60 minute Swedish massage recently and it was such a relaxing experience. Each of our masseuses were really nice and very experienced. I got the free hot stone therapy as well, be sure to ask for that. We booked our appointment online but they had trouble finding us, so it would be best to call them and schedule an appointment. The pricing is good too and worth the services they offer. Overall a great place and we will definitely come back to try their foot massage.

this is not a fancy shmancy place where they hand you cucumber water and survey you to see what you like/need. prices accurately reflect the service you're getting; for $80 i got 60 minutes of deep tissues massage and my friend for $65 got 60 minutes of the swedish massage... my friend said her swedish massage was a delight, she could've fallen asleep while standing there paying

let me preface this with sharing that i have had a stiff neck for a few months and sore spot behind my right shoulder so i NEEEDEDDD the deep tissue massage.... it was an extremely deep, borderline painful massage 😂 but that is what i wanted. he did ask a few times if i wanted it softer, i probably should've said yes. i also probably should've interrupted him and told him to do it softer at certain points BUT i know i needed to get beat up and that's exactly what this man did.

i felt "off" for 2-3 hours after the massage and i think it's because of my muscles releasing tension and other scientific things that happen when you massage someone that deeply.

i will definitely be back but will get the swedish...

No appointment. No long wait. Just healing. I got the 1-hour full-body massage for $60, and was laid out on a warm table with stone therapy, hot towels, and silence that felt like a balm.

My nervous system? Reset. The massage therapist had the kind of presence that only comes from people who know what care feels like. ✨ I walked out lighter — not just physically, but emotionally. Like I’d been told, “You’re allowed to rest.” And I didn’t even snore that loud 💤 (okay maybe a little 😂).

This is Nursing Differently. This is assignment life as ritual. I don’t just go where Google tells me — I listen to the whispers. And of course IG The locals. The other nurses. The “you gotta try this” from someone who believes exhaustion is not an option-

To One Foot I’m grateful. For the community. For the care. See ya next...
