Ordered a large pizza with no pork, I specified no pork what so ever including sausage, pepperoni, etc. and a garlic crust. After over an hour wait, delivery came and it had pepperoni on it. I called to get the order fixed they told me I would have to wait "a long time" for another delivery. They said they would credit it to my account. I called back 4 days later to order my pizza that was on credit. 1st employee told me they didnt see a credit on my account and put me on hold for over 8 mins for me to talk to a manager. I hung up and called back. I spoke with the manager Lauren (LA) and she repeated many times to me how she understood NO PORK WHATSOEVER. (She was very pleasantđ). Upon delivery, it again had pepperoni on it. So again I called. The "so called" manager (she didnt say her name), asked if I was sure it was pepperoni... (like I'm not familiar with what pepperoni looks like), because she had made the pizza herself. I told her I would gladly take a pic and send it to them. She then proceeded to input my order again with a slight attitude, and said they would take the one they had delivered that was incorrect in place of the new one (like I was lying about it having pepperoni). I'm not sure what they would do with a pizza that's already been delivered to someone and taken back, so made me a little iffy of all their pizzas... but anyway... Upon delivery I gave them the incorrect pizza for the new one... well, they got the toppings right, but no garlic crust. Needless to say, I will NEVER order from them again. This isnt the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd time I've had issues with this location. I was just hoping it would have improved since the last time I had ordered like a year ago.    Read moreI haven't even eaten this mediocre pizza yet, but the experience I've had at this point with this Pizza Hut has garnered it one star. I hadn't ordered from Pizza Hut in over a year, and the only reason I ordered from them now was to get their boneless wings. When the order arrived, everything seemed correct until I realized the wings were not boneless. I called them to correct this and they told me it would be a 45 minute wait till I can get my boneless wings, AND I would have to give them back the wrong order of wings. I opted for the $5 credit for a next order instead, because I didn't think it was worth waiting 45 minutes just for wings. After hanging up with them, I realized that they also left out a marinara sauce from my order. One sauce already comes included in the Big Dinner Box, and I ordered 3 extra for a total of 4 sauces. Since they only gave me 3, I called back again and got the same 45 minute wait BS. I told them to change that $5 credit thing to just free wings next order. so that it also makes up for the sauce. They told me they couldn't do that, because the credit thing was already in the system and they can't change it. In the end, I asked them to deliver the marinara sauce to me along with the wings. Honestly, their pizza isn't even that good to have to go through this trouble. Also, they need to change their stupid delivery system that makes a paying customer wait 45 minutes for something Pizza...
   Read moreOk. First this was a delivery order. We ordered 1 large Hawaiian and one medium meat lovers. We also ordered 1 set of boneless wings. Garlic and parmesan. And 1 set of boneless wings teriyaki. They took 40 minutes to get it to us. Not horrible... They are busy. But.... They burned both pizzas. I mean the crust was black in place and the toppings were way burnt. Then they sent ONE set of boneless wings... Spicy and hot sirracha sauced... I am allergic to peppers. Ok so upset. We called... After waiting on hold for 13 minutes... We grabbed the food and took it to them. They just made excuses about how it is not their fault because they are busy. I stayed on hold and showed the manager. More excuses. (They finally answered while i was there at 21.37 minutes.) And there were just more excuses. They did not offer to help me with it... I then demanded a refund and for them to make my order fresh and give it for free. The manager complied. I told him to give the driver his tip still. Not the drivers fault the cook crew screwed up.
This is also not the first time they have screwed up our order. It is about 3/5 times messed up. But never this bad. And our neighbors complain about it as well.
I worked at this location right after it opened decades ago and it was never like this then.
