We have a leather couch that had belonged to an elderly relative which needed to be taken down to the wood frame and completely reconstructed. Irene worked closely with us on leather, selection seat cushion material and the frame structure itself so this couch would look like the original and last a lifetime. It came out perfect!!!

We also have a "Victorian" antique chair that is a family piece from at least four generations ago. While the frame was in great condition, the original red velvet needed to be replaced. The original horsehair padding and canvas straps all needed work while still maintaining the original antique integrity. Amazing transition.

I dropped off a wingback chair and 2 bar stools in August. Irene said the fabric I chose for the wingback chair was delayed until mid-September. Needless to say, I called mid-October after not hearing a word from them. She said the fabric came in a week prior and that she would call the next week. LIES!! $900+ dollars and I still don’t have my arm chair or bar stools and Thanksgivings is in 2 weeks. Their business tactics are unprofessional and I will complain to the better business bureau as I don’t think I’m ever getting my heirlooms back! Please don’t waste...

We just picked up 2 7ft long window seat cushions. We absolutely love them. They were made EXACTLY as we asked, and the workmanship is outstanding - the matching of the pattern, the tautness of the fabric, absolutely everything is excellent quality. We also were very pleased with the service - great help in our initial order, and great communication when we called to ask about progress, and she walked us through the matching, etc. when we picked them up.
