I had an incredibly pleasant experience at the newly opened Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Champions Village on 1960. From start to finish, it was evident that this cafe takes pride in offering a top-notch experience.

First and foremost, the cleanliness of the cafe was remarkable. It's clear they maintain high standards for hygiene, creating a welcoming environment.

The staff were not only friendly but also attentive, making sure customers felt valued. What truly stood out was the owner's personal touch. When I ordered the Apple Kale Slaw, she took the time to explain that they prepare it fresh every morning. She wanted to ensure that it was served at its best, and when she found it wasn't at the desired temperature, she promptly offered me any other side of my choice. This level of commitment to freshness and customer satisfaction was impressive.

The food didn't disappoint either. The wraps we ordered were delicious, and the smoothies were a refreshing treat on a hot day. It's evident that they use quality ingredients to create their menu offerings.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Champions Village on 1960 to anyone in the area. I was new to the area and went to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe located at 5403b FM 1960. I was very disappointed because the sandwich bread was not fresh I took it back that very next day since it was late evening around 7pm. The manager gave me a hard time of replacing the bad sandwich that had a small bite in order to determine the problem in the first place. She notify the Mgr just to replace something I could not eat. Why make it a big deal bad bad customer service. I don't know exactly how to spell her name but it was something like Yarberg who stated next time if not bring it back the same day it nothing she could do. Again it was late evening but she will not have to worry about me because I will never go there again. WHAT HAPPEN TO COMMON COURTESY. It too many places you can eat to settle for a disappointing meal you're unable to eat. You pay money for something edible. So sad for...

Won’t be returning to this location. The guy with glasses was rude for no reason. Upon arriving no welcome in and acted like he didn’t want to talk. I made a mobile order two hours ago and arrived close to 9:30am. I told him it wasn’t on the rack and he asked when the order was placed and I told him the time. He looks at the receipt and stated that I ordered it 10 minutes ago which I didn’t.. it was around 7am and pickup at 9:30am. My order was not ready so I waited. Upon receiving my order my açaí bowl looked disgusting. Very watered down and not even filled to the top. I put on my mobile order to remove coconut flakes and I found the flakes throughout my bowl.
