I needed to bring my Wife's engagement and wedding rings to a reputable jeweler to have them appraised for our insurance to cover them. I had known about ADD in my local shopping center but had never been in to the store. I reviewed their website, Yelp and other online reviews and felt confident they were the right group to appraise the rings.

We went into the store and met Izzy, the owner, and he took the time to explain to my Wife and I the process of the appraisal. He even gave us a tour of the entire shop to explain how they make custom jewelry on all the various pieces of equipment. We met his Wife and the staff that create the pieces.

My Wife had asked if he might be able to resize the rings as they were loose. Izzy measured her finger and saw that it needed to be sized down to fit better. We asked if they could do the appraisal and the resizing together, Izzy assured it was not a problem at all. He told us it might be up to two weeks for the resizing but they usually get it competed much faster. We had no issues with the two weeks as long as they fit and look great.

We had left the store an reviewed the receipts and had a question. We decided to go back to the store the next day to see if they could answer our question. We went into the shop and met Izzy's Wife. She explained that her son would be in the shop at 3PM and could help us with our question. We went back at 4:30 and met Izzy's Son. He answered our question and surprised us with the rings all work completed!!! They had resized both rings, completed the appraisals and mailed them to us in ONE DAY!!

We were totally shocked that they were able to get all of the work done so quickly and they looked perfect!

Based on the quality of the work done on the rings resizing and the speed that it was completed, we will make this our Family Jeweler from now on!

8 years ago I had a custom design ring made at Atlanta Diamond Design, located in Johns Creek, and had a phenomenal experience designing this with the Owner, CEO and the visionary man himself- Mr. “Izzy” Israeli. Since that time, Izzy and his wife Terri have opened another family owned location in Cumming which is where you will find Izzy most of the days.

About 3 years ago I returned to Atlanta Diamond Design to purchase a sterling silver chain for a new medal I had purchased and was greeted like it was yesterday that I had my ring made! Warm, inviting and friendly was my greeting as if I was showing up for a small family reunion.

And last week I visited their Johns Creek location to have my wedding band resized and was greeted by Izzy and Terri’s son, Ami. (Izzy continues to work from their Cumming location and comes one day a week to Johns Creek.). I visited a few minutes with Terri and exchanged hugs and smiles but I saw that it was Ami that would clearly be helping me as I had the impression he had taken over his Dad’s role at the Johns Creek store. Ami and I quickly became friends and it was evident that he had clearly learned the art of “first impressions”- a trait surely learned from his wise Dad. Ami made me feel right at home as he listened to understand exactly how I would like to resize my wedding band. He gives me a very fair price as I leave the store to await his call.

A few days later Ami personally calls to let me know the ring is ready. When I pick up the ring not only does it fit perfectly but the polish and shine on the ring was a great surprise. It looked brand new and I am so pleased with what he was able to do. THANKS AMI! 👍

I have known Izzy and Terri, the owners of Atlanta Diamond Design professionally for two years when my husband and I brought in our young grandson to their Johns Creek jewelry store so that they could make a silver charm with an imprint of his tiny thumb for my daughter-in-law’s first Mother’s Day gift. That initial meeting has lead me to become a huge fan of the Atlanta Diamond Design (ADD) team, including Dan, Andrew, Ami, and Giovanny, who have completely made me feel at ease, always welcome and special, etc.; and above all, they do remarkable work on restorations as well as custom design work. My new custom designed ring started out as a dream of mine many years ago, and I knew I wanted Izzy to design and include my family heirlooms consisting of bits and pieces (that had been passed down to me) into his design. He was able to take my pieces and sketch out what I had been dreaming about. His team then crafted the ring. I was included in the planning stage, design stage, and in the final production stage. When I picked up the completed ring, I was speechless. It is stunning and a vision come true; and I have gotten many compliments on the ring.

I have recommended Atlanta Diamond Design to friends and family. I’ve been pleased that all my referrals have thanked me many times for telling them about Izzy and his team.
