The service is horrible. Tacos covered in tomato and onions barely meat, meats dry but refried beans watery and no flavor, my sons quesadilla mostly cheese and COLD. They have no restaurant educate. 5 of us visiting, only 1 person got a full order in before the waitress walked away. We are all original from NY so we order fast but apparently not fast enough. The waitress never came back, my daughter had to find her. She returned with old browning guacamole pre-made for the day, and disgusting wet plates with queso cheese left on them all from god knows where. All of the plates came HOT with COLD food on them. What in the pre-made world is going on. The manager came back asking us to stay and offered to be our server but began to excuse the previous server saying maybe she was dealing with something. I have no problem with giving a break but this was just unbelievable and disgusting. This is still a restaurant/business and I'm still a paying customer.

After 4 visits I can now give an honest review. The food is ok and the service can be ok depending on who is serving you….but here is where I draw the line. For an establishment to have a bar, there is no reason why my glass should look like this on a slow day. I asked about the lack of cleanliness of my glass and was told “our glasses need to be replaced”. I almost accepted the answer untill something told me to us a napkin to wipe it, my glass became clear where I whipped it indicating that there is a larger issue. They do not need replacing, they need to be cleaned properly. You can clearly see in the picture where I whiped it clean. This is unacceptable, I’m not one to complain but this is insane. This spot was very convenient for me but I live by the rule of quality over quantity. Yes I tipped but I can’t tell you the last time I tipped this low….please do better for your future clientele, but I will not be back.

This was at least my second or third time dining here and every time I come - I forget that I said I wouldn't be back! The hostess and waitress were great, even the guys who brought out the food from the kitchen, they were all nice. It's just the food man...only exception is the coconut shrimp [that was GOOD, especially with that sauce] but everything else I've ever ordered here for an entree has always been underwhelming. It taste microwaved and sadly isn't very flavorful. I wish I could give a better review of my experience(s) but is my honest truth. I like Mexican food so I'm always excited to come but then I'm sad by time I leave because the food doesn't taste as good as I expect it to. Even the sodas tasted like carbonation (or whatever) it was weird.

Señor Patrón is a culinary gem that never fails to impress, delivering an unforgettable dining experience that keeps us coming back time and time again. From the moment you step through the doors of this vibrant eatery, you're greeted with the enticing aromas of authentic Mexican cuisine and the warm smiles of the staff, setting the stage for a memorable meal ahead.

One of the standout features of Señor Patrón is its impeccable service. The staff here go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of, whether it's your first visit or you're a regular like us. From prompt seating to attentive waitstaff who are eager to offer recommendations and accommodate any special requests, the service at Señor Patrón truly elevates the dining experience.

But let's talk about the food – it's simply outstanding. Each dish is a flavorful fiesta for the senses, crafted with care and attention to detail. From the sizzling fajitas packed with tender meat and vibrant vegetables to the indulgent enchiladas smothered in rich mole sauce, every bite is a taste of Mexico that transports you to culinary paradise. And let's not forget the margaritas – handcrafted with top-shelf tequila and fresh-squeezed citrus, they're the perfect accompaniment to any meal.

What makes Señor Patrón truly special is its family-friendly atmosphere. Whether we're celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying a meal out with loved ones, Señor Patrón is always our go-to spot. The lively ambiance, coupled with the welcoming staff and mouthwatering cuisine, creates an experience that's as enjoyable for kids as it is for adults.

In conclusion, Señor Patrón is more than just a restaurant – it's a culinary destination that delights the senses and brings families together. With its exceptional service, flavorful dishes, and inviting atmosphere, it's no wonder we find ourselves returning time and time again. If you're craving an authentic taste of Mexico served with a side of hospitality, look no further than Señor Patrón....

I’ve been coming here for 4 years and I’ve waited to see if things got better over the last 6 months. The manager, Monday 7/18 at 7:30pm is dismissive, interrupting, rude, and insisted everything is the same. Unfortunately it is not the same. Our shrimp was undercooked and lacks the pop of cooked shrimp. It was mushy and wasn’t seasoned. The salsa is either sour or not seasoned or has too much tomato and was awful. The worst part is the manager not taking the time to listen to the customer. And the staff is dejected as well, I would know being that I go here often. I couldn’t imagine they are getting treated by customers very nicely considering what I assume is just poor management and chefs behind scenes. Moreover the health rating is a 78. I’ve recently had the same meal, Texas Fajitas, at Senor Patron the week before at Avalon and it was far superior. I will not be coming back to the Johns Creek location. And I would not give this restaurant any stars. And just 2 years ago it was much better. I’ve seen this manager here for these years as well so I feel bad even writing this bc I know he’s seen better too. I’m trying to not be overly critical, however this location has been struggling with consistency for about a year. The manager Insisting that the product is the same when I’m a regular customer telling you it is not the same is the final reason why I have decided to write a review. I suggest going to the Avalon location. Johns Creek is treading water and probably should...

We had high hopes for dinner at Señor Patron in Johns Creek, but sadly, it turned into a very frustrating evening.

Right from the start, the service was confusing. Our server seemed unsure of what we were asking for and we had to repeat ourselves several times—just to get chips and salsa. The first basket of chips was stale, and when our queso finally arrived, we were already out of chips. We waited quite a while for a refill, and by the time we got them, the queso was cold.

We ordered a starter plate for dinner and simply asked for an extra dinner plate to share. That seemed to confuse the server even more. Her facial expressions made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

When our food came, it wasn’t hot—just barely warm. At that point, we politely asked to speak with the manager, thinking maybe he could help. Unfortunately, that made things worse. He was rude, completely brushed off our concerns, and started talking about charges for extra chips, which wasn’t even the issue. The worst part? He threw the bill down on the table and walked away. No apology. No courtesy.

We even tried calling the district manager to share our experience, but no one answered the phone.

We’re usually very understanding and patient, but this visit left us disappointed on every level—food, service, and hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone based on how we...
