The gym itself is great and I loved it. I had a bad experience with a PT there named tracie. He was fine at first but my last session he made an extremely inappropriate comment to me. I was doing an arm work out and I said "ow" apparently a bit loud, and when I finished the work out he said to me "if you're that loud during a work out I can only imagine how loud you are when you ORGASM" I felt super uncomfortable and obviously that was unprofessional. I called and cancelled my membership and explained I felt uncomfortable bc of a comment made by my PT. So once tracie found out I cancelled and reported him he CALLED my cell phone! Asking what the problem was. A few days later I called corporate to confirm my cancellation because I never got a confirmation email or anything, when tracie found out I called corporate he called me AGAIN very rudely and told me he had cancelled my membership and proceeded to tell me he didn't understand what the big deal was and he didn't understand why I cancelled my membership? And clearly this management didn't give any consequence for his extremely inappropriate behavior ! If you're a girl looking for a PT I suggest you ask for a female PT. I hope this doesn't happen to any...

My girlfriend and I came in and canceled in person in March prior to moving to Miami. I have been charged every month since and have called 5 separate times to cancel. Apparently the staff doesn't take notes on these calls and can't cancel a membership properly. A manager named Tyler really didn't seem to care and even insinuated I might have never come in to cancel at all because I can't remember who I spoke with all the way back in March.
He then floated "how do I know you called about cancelling" because he has no notes in his system (due to his employees never taking any), as if the onus is on me to document each time I've called and the conversation that took place. You got that backwards, Tyler. Jaw dropping way to handle this.
In touch with corporate to right the situation but Tyler has lost my business at any location for life. 7 months of charges, 5 phone calls, and a rude manager later... I regret ever...
Read moreI like that it is so close to my home. I like that the hours are unrestricted. For such a small space, it pretty much has everything you need. My biggest issue is that no one ever picks up the phone. I tried for days to get someone on the phone (since my workout routine is not within the hours an individual is scheduled to work at the gym) to sign two more family members up for memberships. I eventually just had to go in person. I work 50 to 60 hours per week. It’s not very convenient for me to go to the gym in person during their employee hours. Now that I have my family members signed up for memberships, there is a billing issue I would like looked into, as it appears we are being charged more than the promotional rate we signed up for. Once again… I cannot get anyone on the phone. I’m not even provided the option to leave a voicemail. And, yes, it is within the hours someone is supposed to be there. So I guess I will just have to go in person, again, to deal with...
