For traveling person like my self it was ok. I wanted to buy a 1 month subscription just to try this out but it was to pricey and it was weird not having someone correct my yoga positions. You can’t pause the video so it’s was weird to look at TV if you misinterpreted what video is saying. Also the front desk person was not clear on pricing so that was uncomfortable because they said I could go online to sign up for a subscription but while I was there I looked online and didn’t see an option so I felt like I was lied too. I didn’t appreciate that. I do hope that there is more clarity in the future with customers when it comes down to subscriptions and such.
I have done hot yoga before so I have the right gear but was told I have to pay to use there equipment which made me uncomfortable because I have sensitive skin so I can’t know for sure if they wash there mats with hypoallergenic products. I did brake with a rash it’s possible they don’t. I understand on there end with using there own mats. But it is what it is. I would have loved to make it work out but I have too many personal skin problems to feel comfortable using mats that other people use and the heavy miscommunication well just made...

I wasn’t getting anywhere by talking to the managers at the Johns Creek location. After a lot of frustration, I received a call from Jocelyn, a manager at the Smyrna location. Jocelyn is one of those rare, amazing people who genuinely cares. She took on my burden, went above and beyond her job description, and completely relieved my stress. (Gyms aren't supposed to cause stress!)
The staff at the Johns Creek location are friendly, and I believe they were doing their best within their limits. But somewhere higher up, the contract policies need to be re-evaluated. If I can’t use the service and can’t get out of the contract, it gives the impression that Hotworx cares more about money than people.
At least they had the good sense to promote someone like Jocelyn. If this review were just about her, she’d easily...

Saunas are always clean and they have a great online system to register for your class 2 days out. I maintained my weight during the pandemic due to all the available classes and did not gain the 'Covid 10 - 15.' The infrared heat feels amazing and the detox is incredible. After one session my body is able to stretch so much further (extremely helpful after sitting all day for work). They offer fun friendly contests, 'glow nights,' and more!
