I recently experienced the worst Papa John’s location and team. Upon calling to address a concern about my order, I was met with a defensive and unprofessional response from the manager, who seemed to enjoy yelling and being a jerk instead of listening. I expressed my disappointment with the lackluster level of customer service exhibited during this interaction.
His reasoning for his blatant disrespect was because “I only ordered from this location once”. Regardless of the number of times — I've ordered from various Papa John's locations over the years as a member, the manager's response was not reflective of the professionalism I have come to expect. Moreover, the dismissive comment about my order history was unnecessary and did not contribute to resolving the issue at hand.
I also encountered challenges with the delivery service, as the driver barely communicated and the overall team seemed to lack proper training. Tipping the driver was a gesture of goodwill, but the experience left nothing to be desired.
To further exacerbate the situation, the manager hung up on me without attempting to find a resolution. I believe that effective communication is key in customer service, and the way the call was handled was both unprofessional and quite embarrassing for someone calling themselves a “leader”. If Papa John’s is relying on him to lead the team and keep frequent customers I suggest they make some changes.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of willingness to address and resolve the issue leaves me with a sense of frustration. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider implementing additional training to ensure a more positive customer experience in the future. When customers call they expect to speak with a professional ADULT not a 12 year old child yelling over other and incapable of handling criticism or confrontation. DO BETTER!...

After giving this place multiple chances—despite repeated mistakes—this last experience sealed it: I will never order from here again. It’s hard to believe how consistently poor the service has become.
I’ve asked for square cuts, they send regular. I ask for well-baked, it arrives regular. I pay extra for dipping sauces, they don’t include them. But the worst part? I ordered delivery. When I called after over an hour of waiting, they told me it was on the way. Twenty minutes later, they suddenly tell me I have to pick it up myself.
And when I got there, everything was wrong again.
It’s like no one there cares. Staff standing around, delivery drivers moving like they’re on a time clock that rewards slowness. It’s pure chaos—and clearly no one is being held accountable.
It’s a shame, because we loved the flavor. But I won’t support a business that treats customers like this. You’ve officially lost us, and we’ll be switching to a competitor who actually values...
Read moreI ordered a large cheese pizza and a gluten-free cheese pizza and all of the toppings were slid off of the pizza crust into the corner of the pizza box. When I called for a remake and a re-delivery I was told that they didn't have anybody doing deliveries and they couldn't read deliver for 25 minutes. I was fine with having a redelivery within 25 minutes and then I was refused and their employee by the name of Chandler was very disrespectful and hung up on me. He refused to transfer me to the manager and he refused to tell me who owned the franchise so I could file a complaint. I called back again and was put on hold. When Chandler answered the phone again he was again rude and hung up on me and refused to remake the pizza.
