I can’t tell you how disappointed I am in CH Home. The reason there are two stars here is because I found pillows I had been searching for for weeks with the help of my decorator. I finally found them here, but no thanks to Kim or her staff. It was only because my decorator and I went through every pillow in the store. We brought pillows over and returned them to their proper places, and put together 3 pillows at approximately $100.00 each. I bought 3 on approval, and as we were leaving my decorator saw 2 more that were a perfect match for my sofa at home. (Another $200.00). She did all the work, and the store would not honor her decorator status because she had not filled out the paperwork. It’s not like I was buying a candle, and it’s not like she had not brought several customers in previously and made purchases. She had just lost her husband and the response I got when I mentioned that to Pam was a shrug of the shoulders. SERIOUSLY? I took the 5 pillows on approval and they were perfect, but I was going to return them because of how rude the sales people were. When I told my husband, he said they wouldn’t care anyway, and he was probably right. It made me so sad. No customer service, no help moving pillows, not even help to my car with 5 huge pillows and the others I had brought in. CH Home is my happy place. It smells delicious with high end candles, it has gorgeous decor, a friendly, informed staff, and is exactly what I want my home to look like. A good vibe from start to finish with warm lighting and a glass of wine if you want! Cristi Holcombe is my favorite Atlanta designer - she has helped me with window treatments, a bathroom redo, accessorizing, and more. Her store is the icing on the cake for me. Good pricing on great pieces that Cristi has personally curated with her vast knowledge and impeccable taste. Amazingly affordable, perfectly on point interiors, jewelry and gifts. Don’t leave without at least one of their beautiful and exclusive candles. The owners truly make you feel like you are more than a customer. Their greeting, attention and customer first attitude left me feeling more like a treasured guest.
