Market at Haynes Bridge — Local services in Johns Creek

I just have to share how impressed I am with the Johns Creek Kroger! It's quickly become my go-to grocery store, and for all the right reasons. From the moment you walk in, you notice how incredibly organized everything is. The aisles are clearly marked, and products are logically arranged, which makes finding what you need an absolute breeze. No more wandering aimlessly searching for that one elusive ingredient! Beyond the fantastic layout, this Kroger is consistently very well stocked. I've never had an issue finding the items on my shopping list, even popular or specialty products. It’s clear they do an excellent job of managing inventory and ensuring shelves are full. This reliability is a huge plus for me, as it saves time and prevents frustration. What truly sets this location apart, however, is the customer service. Every single staff member I've encountered has been friendly, helpful, and genuinely engaged. Whether it's a cashier, someone stocking shelves, or a team member in the deli, they all go above and beyond. They're quick to offer assistance, answer questions, and always have a smile. Not much. After 25 years of going to this center I noticed that they removed 50% of Handicapped Parking spaces so lazy healthy people could Pick up orders. WHY did they sacrifice handicapped parking for pick up spots. Sadly city of Johns Creek allowed that to happen. And that was first thing that upset me. Went to Kroger's at 905 pm to buy some coca cola which was on sale. They were out of coke zero and when I asked for a rain check the woman told me she couldn't cause customer service had to do rain checks. But in the wisdom of some scheduling mess up, customer service closed at 8 pm despite the store being open til midnight. So Kroger basically said to customers bend and take what you get cause we DONT CARE ABOUT YOU AFTER 8PM. Guess the other big chain across will...

It's one of my favorite Kroger in the area. Very well stocked daily, great and vast selection of items, kind and courteous staff members. This location is far above several other Kroger in the surrounding area. I live near the Pleasant Hill & Peachtree Industrial location, which is a very rude, and terrible location. However, I hands down, prefer to make the drive to this Haynes Bridge location anytime. 🤩
