I love this place! The ambiance is so comforting and relaxing. Joy (owner) did a great job with the decor. I paid for the Supreme Head Treatment. It's a 90 minute experience where you get the whole head spa treatment and a facial.

When calling to make an appointment, Joy was very kind over the phone. She also calls you back immediately if she missed your call (which I really appreciated).

When you arrive for your appointment, they offer you a pair of slippers to change into. I was escorted into a back room where they used a microscopic camera to perform the scalp analysis. The professional saw all the dandruff on my oily scalp. Afterwards, I was led into the treatment room to receive the scalp treatment and facial. The experience was amazing. You start off with the facial. The facial includes cleansing, physical exfoliant, massage, guasha, cryo balls, and a mask. While the mask is left on the face, that's when the scalp and hair portion start. The professional washed my scalp, and the massage was great. She massaged my head, neck, and shoulders. While I received the steam treatment on my head, she massaged my arms, hands, and legs.

Once you leave the treatment room, you go back under the camera to see your freshly cleansed scalp. All I can say is "wow." The professional really got all the dandruff off. It's impressive. I don't think I've ever had such a clean scalp. They finish off with blow drying your hair and applying a Moroccanoil product.

I needed my hair washed last minute on a Sunday. And I have very thick 4C hair, so it's already a struggle finding someone that can handle my hair. A lot of places are also closed on Sunday. So, I went to Groupon and came across this place..I was hesitant because of the distance (it's 23 miles from me). I'm glad that I went. I didn't purchase the Groupon because I know that most businesses will honor the price (they get more of the money by cutting out Groupons fees). And I actually ended up upgrading to the foot soak/scrub and facial combo. They analyzed my scalp, gave me a thorough yet relaxing wash along with a shoulder, arm and foot massage. Then they analyzed my scalp again and blow dried. Lol the lady was so sweet and gentle. I had to brush my own hair (which i didn't mind) because she was afraid of hurting me or damaging my hair since it's so thick. I assured her it didn't hurt as I proceeded to brush it out.
