I wish I could say I had the pleasure of working with this company but it’s been an absolute nightmare. Initially I reached out to Steve Lee to get some shirts printed along with custom embroidery on some hats and polo shirts. Following my second order with Mr. Lee, I prepaid priority shipping labels in order for him to just drop off my merchandise at the local post office which should of made this absolutely hassle free on his part but instead turned into an impossible task for Mr. Lee. It was agreed upon by both parties that the merchandise was going to be shipped out to me Saturday which would only take maximum 2 days for me to receive since we live in the same state. I reached out on set date and he did in fact confirm that the merchandise was shipped. Fast forward to Wednesday when I reached back out to Mr. Lee to confirm whether or not he did in fact shipped the merchandise and he informed me he had been too busy to ship it (keep in mind he already said he shipped it) basically this gentle gave me the run around for a week until it was convenient for him to do so. My package finally did arrive (a week late). Over all this has been a very frustrating experience due to the poor communication with the owner. He promised something that he could not deliver. I visited Pinetree Embroidery after reading the positive reviews. I wasn't pleased with my initial visit because the owner was off putting and wasn't very helpful. I left and didn't plan on returning. But I am a person that tries to see the positive in a situation if I can , so I took into consideration it was late in the evening, so it was feasible he was tired or just extremely busy but didn't mean any harm. When I went back he was definitely alot more helpful and in pleasant spirits. We created my design , he gave me a reasonable price ,and a pick up date, which was 2 days later. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! Here is what the logo should have looked like and then how I received my order. Paid $130 for 3 ($$$) embroidered hats, which is expensive, but as this was a gift, I thought splurge for better quality. I come to pick up the hats to find this atrocious botched embroidery work. Letters (the N especially) botched and horse attempt botched. The owner admits to botched work and says for fox I have to pay $21 more.
