Honestly, I don't even know where to start. I've been in the entertainment industry for a very very long time. I'm definitely retired from it; however that doesn't stop me from judging every entertainment venue that I visit. That being said I do understand how entertainment venues should be run and how customer service should be handled. This place from the time you walk into the doors you're greeted by a host and escorted to a table or booth of your choice accompanied by your party. The servers, the staff, and management are all blessings in disguise. They go over the food menu and hookah service immediately so there isn't any guess work. Let's start off with the food. Everything that we ordered was freaking delicious! From what we ordered the portions were a pretty good size for two people. If we had any doubts we asked the waitress she explained to us if was only good for one person or up to three people. I'm a hookah fanatic, I have four at my house in all shapes and sizes. We had the most amazing hookah experience that I've haven't tasted nor felt anywhere nationwide. It smoked so well that even to the end result of the tobacco it still did not taste burnt. The pulls were easy and flavorful till they actually came up to us and told us it was time for a change. As I tried to explain it was still burning well they insisted it was time. Only till they ripped off the aluminum did I believe holy moly it was well past the stage. I don't think I've ever written a review this long and highlighted so many things about any venue or restaurant I've ever visited. If you're in Johns Creek or around and want somewhere to go to pre-party, post-party or to have a group gathering you must check this place out. Oh did I mention they have private areas and also the humidor with cigars to be smoked in their smoking lounge which is vacuum sealed?? **I had to come back two minutes later to edit this review I forgot to mention they have a live DJ. Yes, a live DJ at a Hookah Lounge and Restaurant! The DJs play the hits and when I say hits I mean music you actually want to listen to and not that boopidy bop bop bop electronic music. I mean the ones that hit your soul and make you wanna grab a stranger and just dance....

ATTENTION DJS: do NOT waste your time and attention spinning for this establishment. Tiff Sajid the owner is terrible at managing staff and severely undervalues the hard working people that make his establishment possible. He and his friends are creating a false narrative that I was charging $20 bucks for requests when I told one person I would appreciate a tip for played requests which I still played anyway and then decided to hand me a $20. Tiff was the one who originally suggested I bring tip jars for heavy requests nights so his claim that I was fired for “inappropriately asking customers for money” is false when he is the one who gave me the go ahead for suggesting tips with requests in the first place. The 1 star review about me were very rude friends of his who came up to the DJ booth spilling alcohol on my equipment, very intoxicated and drunk, and were being extremely rude and demanding. They are attempting to create a false narrative about me “charging for shout outs and requests” because his friends choose to be rude to me when I calmly told them I didn’t have the music they wanted and instead of properly communicating that before hand, they just leave 1 star reviews and leave false narratives because they are associated with Tif. He will blame you for everything outside of your control and find ways to make things feel like your fault due to his lack of awareness and accountability. He’s one of the few owners I know who spends more time OUTSIDE his club than inside. You’ll deal with customers who leave 1 star reviews because they didn’t get to hear the song they constantly requested after 2 minutes. I only gave 2 stars because the admission was free other than than that it would’ve been one. Last night was my first time at this establishment and it will most definitely my last. I sat at the bar and I ordered a hookah with a waitress and noticed it was kinda taking her a while to come back with my card. So maybe 15mins later she came back with just my card(no receipt) and said “it went through and don’t worry about the tip”. I said “ok, where is my receipt?” She says “I couldn’t get it but I can tell u it was rung up for 38$”. Now I had just looked at the menu and saw the hookah I purchased was 30(1) and (2) what do you mean u couldn’t get it? When I brought this to the waitresses attention she said “8$ tax” The girl was clearly lying and trying to avoid it so I ask for the manager. The “manager/bar tender” had the nastiest attitude like it was my fault. She kept saying “well all you got was a hookah” I don’t care if it was a grain of salt. Whenever you make a purchase you’re supposed to get a receipt for it. PERIODT! After a lot of back and forth and them realizing I wasn’t leaving until I got it. The “manager” finally printed the receipt for 32$. I’m waiting for my bank statement to come up to make sure but I’m almost sure the young lady was a thief and they do things like that all the time.
