Very poor response to rectify arrangement that was not what I asked for.

Noticing the night before that the arrangement was not correct, I called to leave a message, however the store did not have a message machine.

I sent an online concern to the store's online messaging service, no response back.

So midday I called and spoke to the store. I ordered a prom bouquet and asked for calla lilies, white flowers, baby's breath and specifically asked for no white roses. I am adding pictures of what we got. No baby's breath, white roses and a dead calla lily. I did get greenery, I guess I should be grateful for that.I am adding a picture of the quality of the calla lily. When I called the store to report this and asked for a discount or store credit, 2 hours before prom I was asked to bring them back for my money back, bring everything back and return the bouquet. My choice was to go without a bouquet for prom or bring them back for the refund. Although some people might find this fair, going without a bouquet wasn't the right response for the girl who deserved her flowers, so I opted to go to the Jewel and pulled apart the arrangement and made my own adjustments. This could have been offered by the store, it was not.

For the reputation and the expense of this place, I expected excellent quality and excellent customer service and to get what I requested as well as a flower that was not dying.

My suggestion is to find another florist. The quality and cost and accuracy doesn't match. I expected the best because this florist has a reputation for quality. I was wrong. If you want to spend a large amount of money on what you don't ask for, this is the...

OUTSTANDING! I am from out-of-state and called Labos. I needed a very special gourmet gift basket for a friend who was just released from the hospital. I spoke with Karen, she listened to what I wanted and asked intelligent questions about my friend's preferences.

The basket was delivered promptly as promised and my friend said, "Wow! This gift basket is just PERFECT! It's filled with everything I love: fresh fruit, olives, cheese, nuts, salami, sausage, and all kinds of decadent and delightful food." Her daughter commented, "Without a doubt, the BEST gift basket I have every seen."
