So I went in last Friday. Chose the bedroom set I wanted and paid for it then. Set the delivery date for wed 11/2 between 2-4pm. I was having my other stuff from RAC picked up since Aarons offered a better price. Well, I called to confirm the times and make sure all was set in place. The lady on the phone at Aaron's (heather) said that they needed to change the time to 5-7pm. OK no biggie. Well since I was at work I had my cousin there per their policy. 8pm rolls around and they never show up. I call the store and Keenan (general manager) tells me there is nothing he can do for me cuz they are closed. So we after a long day at work, my husband and I had to sleep on our hardwood floors! Wth! I went in this morning to have this problem resolved and be compensated for all the BS they put us thru and this "manager" starts pointing his finger at me and being so freaking rude! Omg! I have never in my life had a worse experience somewhere! I encourage everyone to pay the higher price and go to RAC. the one on 12th and range line has very nice people. Do NOT go to Aarons!...

I'm a single mom who works full time so I'm trying to get an estimated delivery time so I can make sure to be home. I call that 800 number and Juan wanna tell me he can't look me up by my order number or anything to go into my email and open up the pdf I explain I couldn't get it to open and that's why I'm calling. He tells me again to just look in the pdf. Why is there any sort of customer service if they can't do anything. And I can't just take off work multiple days in the chance they will show up. My grandma called to let them know that there is a hairline crack at the top of our washing machine and was asked "what the hell we did to the washer to make it crack". And was told that the washer is ours now and weve made 22 payments on it already so there was nothing that they would even consider doing about the washer being cracked, that it was super sketchy of my grandma to even call, even though we didnt even ask for any reimbursement or anything on it. We were just simply letting her know about the issue. The lady cashier in there named Heather is completely rude and needs to be written up or fired for being so disrespect to an older woman.
