My experience in this store was terrible. Customer service was the worst I have ever encountered . There was no one available to help with questions, My daughter and I had babies in the stroller and a drink was spilled on the floor on complete accident, I had to walk all the way to the back of the store to let someone know we had a spill. Once they arrived to help she was very rude and condescending. I made my way up to the register to pay for my items and the lady at the register was very rude and had an attitude. she scanned a tank top twice which over charged me and then wanted to argue about doing so. the buzzer dinged at me while I was exciting the store because she did not remove the sensor. so I had to go back to the check out and wait in line to have the sensor removed ,while doing so I over looked my receipt and pointed out that she had over charged me and I had to go back and pick out another tank top to make the process a little smoother. The 10/35 panties that I received an email about werenāt on any signs in the store. š¢ Even more disappointing was the fact that I walked past several young ladies working in the store who not even one time acknowledged me or greeted me in any way. And itās not because they were crowded or busy. Poor customer service today, as in the past. Occasionally Iāll come in on a day where someone is helpful, but for the most part the employees are too busy gossiping on there radios with each other. Today it was over someone or thing that ācreeped them outā while they squealed and went towards the back of the store. Iāve shopped at VS for years and have the credit limit on my card that shows Iām a loyal (addicted) customer. It gets worse,when approached the cashier!! She said, I'm taking you ,but I'm not supposed to be at the register! Wasn't friendly at all! The custumers behind us were told to move over again because "she was not supposed to be at the registers" after spending $150.00 she shoved everything in a bag nothing pretty just shoved!! I work in retail as part of management I KNOW sometimes we are short handed but also know that our custumers pay Our bills and the least you can do is smile!! use your walkie and call for back-up instead of being rude!
