Cariloha and Del Sol — Local services in Juneau

Awful shopping experience at Cariloha in Juneau. I went to the store while on a cruise, and ended up looking at getting a mattress after they offered me a greater percent sale off it than what was offered online, with the ability to redeem a coupon from my cruise ship to get a free pair of sheets. After leaving the store, the email receipt was sent showing no discount applied from the price listed online, and nothing has been stated about the sheets. I have tried to get in contact for days, but they aren't responding to me. In the end, I would have actually saved money just buying it online with the sale anyone could get, but they told me in person using the promo material from the cruise ship would give me an even greater discount. If you're on a Royal Caribbean cruise, they likely won't follow through on the VIP card offer. They lied about the price in store, and they are ignoring any attempts to contact about fixing or cancelling the order...

Cashier said that they would give the printed receipt if I gave our email. Of course I felt uncomfortable, but was coerced to do so. The other customer wasn’t forced to do the same.
