Just dropped from 2 stars to 1 star due to lack of follow up and customer service! Terrible customer service if any problems, go to SE Furniture instead - great customer service there. Ordered a mattress set and told would be here in 3 weeks. When I called to check on it after 2 1/2 weeks was told Very abruptly that my invoice states 4-6weeks. Discussed that I bought based on what I was told not what was printed on my invoice after the fact...he finally deemed to check the status for me (actually said after 5 min of back and forth, "well would you like me to check on your order?"). Very frustrating, so went to SE Furniture and they had a mattress in stock, ready to deliver next day. Went to Lyles/Jensens to cancel my order and after 15 min of calls and discussion, said my mattress WAS HERE now and could be delivered next day - the salesman even went upstairs to Verify it was actually there. Ok. Next day messages were left for me while at work (after lunch). Turns out they were wrong and did NOT have my mattress!! ARGH!! Cancelled the order and purchased from SE but now had to do without a bed the whole weekend as this was Fri. Now 3 weeks later no one has called (as stated) nor credited my order. So yet again, I have to take my time and call again to get my account credited for the bed that was...

When I brought the color sample to the counter and told the sales associate exactly what I wanted, it seemed like I was talking to a wall. That should have been my first clue!
