Did a phone order from out of town that I thought would be enough to get more help from any of the employees than we did... Instead the help that I had were told that I should have hired more help and that they were unreliable. When I had bought the item I was told that I would need to have someone come get it because they donât deliver. So thatâs what I did. Got someone to come help. They never told me that I needed to have professional movers come and get the item before I had purchased said item. After I had come to the conclusion that I wasnât going to get it⌠I had called to ask for a refund. Costumer service got me a manager and then was told multiple times that I was supposed to have hired professional help. Every time I tried to explain my situation I was interrupted so I asked for a refund probably five times before it was agreed. I would have thought that theyâd be more than happy to get more help together to put a 1700.00 item in a truck. I was just really unsatisfied with the costumer service. Oh and the price I was given originally was Atleast $150 cheaper than the actual price that I was charged so after tax and the random up charge for the item thatâs been there for weeks maybe even months was probably close to 300 more than I was told. đ¤ˇââď¸I could go on and on but Iâll just leave it at that. The manager is absolutely awful and stepped in to a situation where his staff was making it a great experience - talking down to people, and " I wouldn't even buy this crap back for $50" for a gun they sold my mom for over $600 dollars months.
