Kohl's — Local services in Kalispell

Not a traditional Kohl's on the inside, perhaps some sort of new model they are trying out. Felt more like a warehouse that was not very welcoming with plain cement floors, the all white painted walls & black industrial ceiling. Seems like it wants be an Old Navy with the industrial feel. Very disappointing that there are only 6 dressing rooms in the women's section & they were coed. Didn't notice any dressing rooms in the men's department since plenty of men were in the women's dressing constantly. My 17 year old daughter was waiting to try on a bra & an older gentleman, like 50's-60's was waiting next to her. She said he kept looking at her & the bra. Such an uncomfortable experience for a teenage girl. That alone is a reason I will never shop there again. The self checkout was useless with the electronic tag removers that weren't strong enough to actually remove the tags. Had to wait 10+ min for a checkout counter to open up to have an employee help me. Seemed returns & purchases are done at the same counters at this Kohl's instead of a dedicated returns counter. The actual checkout is shoved in the corner away from the entrance in the middle of men's clothing which was a very odd place to put it. Not sure what Kohl's corporate was thinking with this Kohl's but it's definitely not what Kohl's used to be. Felt cheap & run down, like everything was just kind of thrown in there. Not impressed or interested in shopping...

not good customer service at all. walked in with my family and not a single person talked to us. the place is a disaster. clothes not folded, things just thrown around. very cramped. all while a manager was just sitting up at the checkout counter gossiping. kind of sad. you’d think with little business you get at this kohls, you guys would have time to clean the place up? but no!!! i also had a interview to work here, ended up taking a different job. i called to tell someone i wanted to decline my offer, i was on hold for 40 min just to talk to a manger. still didn’t get in contact with anyone. LAME AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! will not be coming anywhere near the kalispell...

Second time I've been in after spending over $100 to redeem and use my earned kohls cash, and its not showing under my account. first time I wrote it off, now I just feel I'm being scammed. If I could find my receipt I would return all the items I just bought and go somewhere more affordable, but lesson learned, I will not be going back.
