Right now the park could use a little TLC. A few sections of the sidewalk are overrun with dirt/mud and there is a fair bit of trash floating around. Otherwise this is generally a nice little park.

I honestly feel safe here during the day/with natural light... after dusk I don't know that I'd walk it on purpose (especially alone). I'd likely stick to the nearby sidewalks that are...
