Kohl's — Local services in Kansas City

I was looking for luggage that would conform to AA's ridiculous carry-on requirements, but realized much of the luggage at Kohl's didn't have outter- dimensions that included the wheels, and it wasn't available info online. A Kohl's associate was able to find a measuring tape for me, so I could make sure the luggage I was purchasing would fall within size requirements. Once I found the right set, I tried to order online on Kohl's website, because they were having a Labor Day sale for 20% plus $10. The Kohl's online site was having issues, so I decided to just purchase it in-store with the $10 coupon. When I mentioned the online site issues to the gentleman who checked me out, he gave me the 20%, no muss, no fuss! Having store employees who can make a stressful purchase cheaper and less stressful is worth it's weight in gold! I appreciated the store associates' kindness and hard work, and will definitely shop...

I had a few things to return via amazon they lady at the customer service desk looked at me very rude said what can i help you in a rude tone. Explained i had a amazon return, how many very rudely i said like 10. My house is under construction so I wasn’t able to put any of my Christmas stuff up and as a reason why I had a return. She was super rude through the whole transaction. I explained to her this was my first time I try to show her the QR code kept rolling her eyes Kept doing bad expressions the whole time I was trying to talk to her she kept making noises with her mouth, very upset. Then told another worker there that she was fine a second ago now she’s basically overwhelmed with stuff. Super rude very unlike Customer Service that transactions itself took less than 20 minutes because mostly everything was under one ticket. Well I went there to get a battery for my husband's watch. They did finally get the back opened but they scratch the surface of the back all up in the process of getting it done. I am not happy about that fact but the watch is ticking. I had bought the Relic watch for my husband two years ago before we married it means quite a bit too me and my husband. So them putting scratches on it don't make me happy nor him for that matter of fact. So if you need a new battery don't go to that Kohl's department store they don't know what they are at...
