We shop here about once a week. The store is rarely anything but clean, organized, and staffed with helpful and friendly individuals. They have their good days and their bad days, but more good days than bad. The deals are good, they usually have what I'm looking for when it comes to advertised items, and I've even gone in there with my three little ones by myself, and had associates let me know they'd love to be of assistance should I need it, rather than the usual declarations I get when I'm out ("my, you have your hands full!"...both unhelpful and somewhat negative if you think about it). A few things of note - their self checkouts are a welcome addition but often poorly monitored. I've had mine go berserk and had to track down someone after 10 minutes of standing around just so I could pay for my stuff. They're often understaffed on cashiers and on the weekends I always bring wet wipes with me because the bathrooms are perpetually gross and often out of paper towels and soap. As a customer, the experience of shopping there on the weekends would greatly benefit from having an associate go in and tidy up more often. Overall though, for a general store in a pretty busy area, this one does...
Read moreCustomer Service was terrible. Estrella was the name of the cashier. I had a large order and had pre-counted and was counting everything again in front of her to move things quicker. This young girl insisted on recounting everything!!! It took an entire hour to check out. I am not kidding. Check the camera. At first, I thought she had OCD, then I realized that she was just being ornery when I caught her mocking me when she thought I wasn't looking. The cash register kept timing out and one transaction had to be completed in three transactions. It was also a tax-exempt purchase that I had to go spend another twenty minutes at customer service applying after spend an hour in her line because she ignored me when I told her. I should have called for a manager. Even her coworkers were trying to see what the problem was. She was the only cashier and didn't even call for help when the line was backed up. I just have never seen anything like this in my life. It will be the last time I will ever make a big purchase like this from Target. You all don't have the proper staff...
Read moreThe cashier that assisted was very rude. I have the Target Redcard debit card, but didn’t bring that with me that day since I had just moved to this area and am still unpacking. I just wanted to grab a couple things and leave. The cashier kept trying to get me to signup for the credit card version and wouldn’t drop it the entire time during when she was scanning my items. I already have the debit card version, I don’t see the point in getting another. She kept saying the credit card version is better cause you don’t have to worry about having money in your bank account to make the transaction. I told her no, I already have a Target Redcard debut card, I don’t need another. She then asked for my ID when I used my credit card so I handed to her. I was unaware that she was signing me up until she asked for my signature. I was annoyed that she tried to sign me up without my authorization, and if I wasn’t paying attention, it would have been sent to my old address...
