We ordered over $65 worth of food for our employees to eat lunch. More than half our sandwiches were wrong. When we called the store to have our issues resolved, they demanded we collect all the sandwiches and drive to the restaurant to be replaced. I informed them we have hungry employees who are all busy keeping our business going and we did not have any staff available to drive all the sandwiches over there. We even offered to accept some sort of refund for the sandwiches that were made incorrectly. The owner proceeded to argue with me and talk over me on the phone and said we could bring them during any business hour to get a refund. So he wanted me to hold onto all 6 foot long sandwiches to bring back after we close at 6pm with the receipt to get a refund or replacement sandwiches. I once again, tried to resolve issues with the owner. He then gave the phone to his wife who kept talking over me and hung up on me, which is disrespectful to paying customers. This location should not have a business run by managers or owners such as these. Our company is extremely upset seeing as how our total bill after delivery was $80 and the location did not want to resolve issues with us. We will no longer be ordering Subway for our Saturday Company lunches after this experience. The location needs all new management and owners as they do not know how to run a proper business and are a disgrace to the Subway Corporate business. I called the store at 4:18pm to see what could be done about missing item. The employee who answered had a thick accent & was not understanding what I was saying. I repeated it 3 times, she questioned if I had a reciept and made me feel like I was laying. She finally said come back with reciept and she would get it. I sent boyfriend back with screenshot of entire email. She tried to charge him as again she did not understand what he was saying. He called me upset and I told employee that I spoke to her on the phone. She was very unprofessional and made comments that I was not being truthful or she needed my reciept. I told her he showed you it & she questioned time of order, how it was ordered & order number. I have never been treated like a thief. I needed to see bout either canceling my order I did online or see bout getting it transferred to another store where I was going to be at the time my food was going to be ready. The lady that answered the phone didnt understand what I was needing done so she gave me the manager. I explain to him what I was needed. He asked me what was the address for the subway I need. I told him the address and he told me and I quote him “that is not my address why you call here” so I explain to him again. He then says “you go to hell that not my store!” He then hung up. I tried to call number of times to tell him to cancel my order and refund my money. He refused to answer the phone. I went made another order to the Subway I was going to be close to. So needless to say I paid for two footlongs and only got one. I would never recommend this store to my worse enemy. Don’t go here unless you want very rude customer service.
