That person does not represent Ronald McDonald House as a whole. Ronald McDonald House does great things for the people they serve as well as the communities they serve. That woman who did answer the phones that day needs to be retrained on interacting with people who call for information. And she definitely needs to change her attitude! I cannot express in words how wonderful the staff has been. I hated leaving my son in the NICU, but I really enjoyed coming in at night to a less stressful atmosphere and such loving individuals. We are all put somewhere in life for a reason, and they've made their purpose to bless others and ease the heart aches. Thank God for all of you. Our fight isn't over, we will be returning... but for now we are safely home after a long month there, and so thankful for the generosity and kindness...

We’ve stayed in the ronald McDonald dozens of times over the last 16 years. They are a God send. Without ronald McDonald house charities we would have been unable to stay with our son through his (soon to be 32) surgeries. It truly is a home away from home.
