Customer service here gets worse and worse every time we come. The young kid (tall but young) who drives the beat-up truck (not knocking it, just using it as a descriptor) sometimes, really is not knowledgeable and often rude. Many times, we come in with little to no acknowledgment of us being in there at all. The place is very dusty, and we don't have allergies but can't stop sneezing when going to the bulk. Even the paper towel holder in the restroom is dusty, so I know it's not being cleaned as well as it probably should be. Flip side, the restroom is accommodating enough for more than two people-families, etc. I also like that they have regular builds on display for sale and do clearance items. I know we aren't the only ones who think this way, as I've heard some things about the rudeness here. I mean, I even witnessed the staff fighting over stuff as I looked for Lego. Customers should never witness you fighting or arguing over anything. It's just poor management, it seems, or maybe poor hiring practices, idk. We had high hopes for it and went a few times, but ultimately, we have decided not to come back. There are plenty of other BAMs, and they support customers better. We received an enthusiastic greeting when we walked through the door, and that set a positive tone for our shopping experience. The staff was very knowledgeable, and the selection was just short of mind-blowing. They stocked a lot of used Lego sets and also had tons of new lego sets, accessories, and other Lego products. It was a great experience that was made even better by the staff. This was my second visit since they have opened, and I’m happy they are in the neighborhood. My son is two and he loves that they carry Duplos and can fill in his Disney Cars collection and other random gently used sets. They also have a fantastic collection of new Duplos along with all the different Lego sets as well as some neat storage solutions.
