Today, I visited the store with my 4-year-old daughter to browse for cute items. Throughout our visit, the cashier monitored us closely. Merely a minute upon entering, she approached with a basket, stating it was their policy for customers to carry one, even if just window-shopping. I've never been so offended. To avoid making a scene in front of my daughter, I informed the cashier we were leaving. However, she proceeded to inquire about the chocolate in my daughter's hand. I explained we had purchased it from Ranch 99 just outside before coming into the store. Initially hesitant to post such a negative review due to the challenges of running a business, however, after seeing other one-star reviews highlighting similar experiences, I felt compelled to share mine. The store offers nothing of value yet suspiciously treats all customers as potential thieves. Yes everyone, I am asian. It seems this isn't an isolated incident but rather common practice. For those reading this review: everything in the store is both of inferior quality and overpriced. To avoid an unpleasant shopping experience like mine, I recommend not patronizing this establishment—they clearly don't deserve your business.
