So I will never patronize this establishment again Not only do they raise thier prices on items But today I came in With my husband and 3 yr old …Several ladies were in the “wig Section “ trying on wigs and using hand sanitizer..I. Went to the counter to get the lady because I needed a wig from the back shelf to purchase She screamed at her employee Jennifer to come help but proceeded to walk from behind the counter to tell me my child wet up a wig with sanitizer…Mind you my husband has my son & the sanitizer bottle my husband took away from him when he picked it up but he never squeezed any out ….The wig was not wet at All but she tells me he messed up the wig it’s no good and I have to purchase it Mind You the wig is Not WeT nor do I see sanitizer that my son supposedly squeezed on to the wig as she said ….She said it’s on camera but never showed the footage to me just told me I had to buy tht wig or she was calling the cops Tuh ….I jerked tht wig from her hands paid and left mind you the wig I was planning to purchase cost twice as much as the one she told me my son messed up ……I will never give this place my money and if you shop there you better pay attention because a lot of items they sell in there are overpriced This is hard Facts !!! She is very dishonest the only reason why I was there was because The Black Owned Beauty Supply that’s in the same location as hers was CLOSED …..But TruBeauty in the Katy Mill Mall will get my business from this point on and thier quality of hair is way better than EJ Beauty Supply and the prices are Great !!! Read moreI visited this store on 3/15/24. I arrived 15 mins before closing time. I knew exactly what I needed, a jar of conditioner, so it wouldn’t take me very long to grab that.
When I walked in the woman at the register looked at me and said “We close in 15 mins”, rudely. She didn’t say hello or give any greeting. She could’ve easily greet me as the customer and reminded me of the closing time instead. I should have and wanted to walk out right then because of how rude she was when I walked in but I grabbed the conditioners I needed and went to check out.
While checking out she proceeded to guilt trip my husband and I about coming in so close to closing time. She tell us “They don’t pay us overtime to stay here and assist you. If we are here late we don’t get paid. This is not fair to us.” I honestly think it’s not fair to me as a customer to have to be berated by a frustrated cashier about something she should speak to the owners/manager about. Respectfully, it’s not my problem. I am a customer, supporting the store.
She talked about that the entire time she checked us out. This made me feel VERY uncomfortable because I should not know that as a customer. Also, it was not even 8:30 pm, which is the time they are supposed to close.
They also locked the door 5 minutes before close time and had to let us out while others were knocking on the door trying to get in for last min things.
Please talk to this cashier and the entire team to improve their customer service and attitudes. This is unacceptable and I will now be going to another beauty supply in the area that is more professional. Because this encounter was not...

When I first went in I had a great experience & said to myself, I’ll be coming back for my needs
When I went I bought 13 bags of braiding hair, because that’s what was on the site to get for my daughters hair appointment. Come to find out they provided the hair
So I was like well let me take this back, I CALLED & spoke with someone before I went. I was told that it could be changed for store credit.
I’m like cool!
I get there & the Asian woman has an attitude, talking about they don’t do refunds or exchanges & it was alot of hair Or store credit
I’m like first of all it doesn’t matter how much of it is. Two I literally called & spoke with someone before I came. Like I didn’t just show up here !!!
It was someone that started new that didn’t know etc.
On top of that, I had my receipt, I literally bought it before it closed the night before & was back the next morning. Nothing was done to the hair & it wasn’t even opened
