Sport Clips Haircuts of Katy Mills — Local services in Katy

I have been a loyal patron of Sport Clips for well over 1.5 decades. Rheagan's unprofessional, repugnant behavior led to this low rating. At my last haircut, Rheagan tried to charge me for an MVP, which I did not even ask for, and she did not even give me the MVP. (All I wanted was a haircut, beard trim, and shampoo, not an MVP). Rheagan also threatened to charge me for 2 haircuts, even though she had been working on me for less than 10 minutes. In my over 15 years of being a loyal client of Sport Clips, I have never ever been threatened to be charged for 2 haircuts, just because I very politely asked to stay on the safe side and cut less hair at first, then if we needed to, take off a little more.

I will be reporting this particular establishment to the Better Business Bureau, because of Rheagan's unprofessionalism, rudeness, and frankly, immature conduct towards a most loyal patron who was very polite and courteous to that stylist Rheagan.

Worst Sports Clips I’ve been to. Go to the one on Flacon Landing - 8 minutes down the road but it is worth it, they are awesome.

Second time being to this location in Katy Mills - the first haircut was disappointing but decided to give it a second chance. This time I checked in online but upon arriving, being the next on line - the lady was too lazy to marked me as “arrived” and just told me to sit down. 20 minutes later, my name was cleared from the line because I “did not arrived” and instead of taking me in next, they asked me to check in and again, took the next customer and I was put to the back of the line. What a Joke!

They don't follow the app. I checked in and was on deck. There was an older fella who was there just sitting and didn't check in correctly. He claimed he put in his number but ok whatever. So they bumped me. I get it things happen but then they moved someone up who was after me on lineup so I got moved down twice... gave them two chances. Won't...
