Shipley Do-Nuts — Restaurant in Katy

I have been eating shipleys for 40 years and i have to say I'm so disappointed in this particular places donuts . They put less filling in them than they have on a frosted one . I went in and showed them pictures of the dry disappointing donuts and gave them a chance to explain why they have less than a quarter sized gallop of filling not them and the lady at the counter said "I have it on number 13 and that should be enough " even when confronted with the photos I took . I then purchased another dozen ... mind you I drive a 18 wheeler and reside in California now and drove out of my way must find parking for a 70 ft oversized load truck and trailer to go there I open up 3 of the donuts in front of her and display the meager filling and she still claims this is how shipleys everywhere present their product. Im now forced to contact Corporate and show them what a sad state shipleys has become to save a couple cents perhaps less to make more profit on a already very profitable product . Customer satisfaction at this shipleys means nothing. I suggest you also either go to another shipleys or please take pictures of they're supposed "filled donuts" and report them to cooperate as i am . Their donuts are delicious, but the employees constantly try to overcharge me for their benfits. They never give out receipts even though it's asked politely. When I went today I bought half a dozen and half a dozen of kolaches, and they charged me for a dozen donuts, and dozen kolaches even though i could've taken the 6 extra donuts and kolaches. I didnt, for they have constantly charged me like this before. So I asked for my money back which they told me I couldn't get it and offered more donuts. Me and my family eat at this shipleys every saturday and they sometimes charge me with things I didn't even buy but today it was a too much. Poor customer service from two older women. My wife and I had a caramel ice coffee and told them it tasted very sour. They let me get a hot coffee in return but they made one while I was eating and had the girl in the back try it to see if it was sour. They talked to my wife saying in Spanish that there is nothing wrong with the drink while we were eating. I found it rude that they would interrupt our breakfast just to let us know what they thought about the coffee.
