Snip-its Haircuts for Kids — Local services in Katy

My experience- I check online to see if I can book an appointment, but it says walk-ins only. I drive my two year old there and arrive at 4:30. There are only two members of staff working at a slow rate. I check in on the I pad and sit down. There is only one woman in front of me with her two kids, so I think it will be a wait but not too bad. After about 30 minutes of waiting with my grumpy and getting hungry two year old, other families start to walk in. I notice that they have not checked in on the I pad. I receive a text from the company, and check my position on the “wait list”, where I discover I am number 6, even though I have been waiting on the store for 30 minutes. I then walk out after one of the hair dressers about it, and frankly she did not seem to give a d*.

Why would a store have only two members of staff working at probably the busiest time of day? Why would the website say walk-ins only, and have a ridiculous wait list which screws over anyone who is actually waiting?

Will never return here. It’s a joke. They don’t care about quality time and doing a clean nice and neat job. Also I ask for the service for my daugther for nail color. Omg ! The lady didn’t even know what she was doing it was like a little 5 year old was doing the job. Horrible . I wish I can have the money back. I didn’t say anything because I was with my kids but I left 🥵🥵😡🤬 I will never go back they shouldn’t do that I am sure that if they try to remember when was the last time they did a nail color they are going to remember who I am. And when they cut my kids hair everything was dirty in the floor with previous customer hairs . Everything awful. We recently took our one-year-old to Snip-its for his first haircut with Ronnie, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The salon is wonderfully kid-friendly, with bright colors, fun decorations, and a welcoming atmosphere that immediately put our little one at ease.

The haircut itself was quick and expertly done. Ronnie worked efficiently without rushing, ensuring that the cut was perfect while also accommodating our son's squirming and curiosity.
