Normally I go to this location in the mornings for lunch, been twice in the afternoons.. bad experiences on both! I do not like to complain so I did not write a review, however, I did let the cashier know! Maybe they are distracted in the afternoon and not paying attention to the costumers. My wife and I had ordered a meal each, and they were both wrong, they had messed up on her burger and gave me different fries than what I had asked for.. when she dropped off our food I asked her and she admitted it, she also asked if she wanted to change my fries also which I refused. I told her to just fix my wife’s burger. This time they had chairs already upside down and they had started to sweep, trash bundles on the floor. No one had caps btw, boh or foh! I asked for a chicken sandwich and smash fries, I got a burger with cold fries!! When asked, the cook clearly did not want to redo the fries!! Too busy talking to the staff. I put my hands on the fries to let them know they were cold! Finally remade my fries, when cashier brought me my fries and asked how everything was I told her that my burger was good but I had asked for chicken! Can you please see if there an additional charge for chicken.. she looked at my ticket and told the cook. He asked me if I wanted one and I said no I’m already finished.. cashier never replied to my question and needless to say not even a thank or Sorry as I was leaving. Read moreGreat burgers when you get them. I have been 4 times and the second time the woman at the register didn't say ANYTHING to us for almost 5 minutes even after I said hi. She finally took my order after I asked repeatedly if I could order with her.Then we couldn't sit anywhere because every table was dirty with food on it at 3pm with only 4 tables being occupied with customers. We finally got napkins and bussed and cleaned our own. Obviously not a deal breaker because we returned. The last time I went I ordered online and confirmed what time I could pick up my order. I show up and after 5 minutes I am told my order for some reason disappeared but they did remember seeing it. I am really laid back, and stuff happens so I just repeat my order, pay for it again, after being assured my first order was not charged, and wait 15 minutes for the order to be completed. This was Saturday, and after getting home I see I was charged twice so I call and they assure me the first charge will disappear after the weekend. It does not, and after calling back and forth I am told they can't just refund my card and I will have to to back to get my refund. At no time were any big apologies made, no discount or coupon for a future meal... nothing. We paid and was waiting for the food. Then I notice there was no drinks on the receipt. My son went to ask the lady (cashier) and she told my son that he did not order any drink. I clearly heard my son ordered two smashburger meals, so I told the lady that. The lady and another older man told me that Smashburger does not have any meals, basically they were saying that it was our fault and we did not order any drink. I explained to them that I came to Smashburger many times and order Smashburger meals regularly, the old man and the lady insisted that Smashburger does not have meal. I am really surprised by their customer service, I have never seen a restaurant's customer service as BAD as this one, they did NOT offer apology or solution, just point fingers to customers. If they do not have meals, why the lady did not explain to my son when my son ordered meals, why she asked for what type of fries he wanted and clearly my son did not order any fries.
