06.10.25 The single biggest benefit to our company since having Impress Computers take over our IT and enrolling in their managed IT Services program is that we have no more concerns about IT. They have totally taken the worry/stress out of the equation. We pay one monthly fee and they take care of everything. It's that easy. We feel Impress does better than other IT firms we've worked with in the past because they are actually pro-active. They monitor our entire system to make sure everything is in working order and with quarterly reviews, we can tackle any outstanding issues, if we have any, and plan for the future with laptops that are out of date, new antivirus coming out, etc. They even send out a new online safety training video every month straight to your email. Read moreThis Place is truly Horredous, It all started with 3080 Pre Orders, there was an advertisement from the for the cards, I had messaged them to get a response that the MSI ones to come in the end of october or early November and the others cards were to come much much later, so I had opted for the MSI ones for the premises of getting the cards very quickly. This is where it goes downhill, the cards were expected in that time frame and had far exceeded that, first it was the unanswered emails and messages, to being lied just so I can keep quiet, I was told to wait to get the cards on the 15th and then was basically told to wait even longer blaming it all on the manufactures. I PURCHASED THE CARDS FROM YALL NOT MSI and for the premises of getting the card on the promise of that time frame, it sucks because this company lured buyers in with that saying that the cards where go come in at those time frames and only that. Now, I Have to wait a whole month after promised time frame to even get the month after asking on the promised date of the 15th to get the cards. This company is a joke and can't take on pressure at all. I just want my card, not some lousy people that cant even answer emails. I even asked to switch out my card with another one if they'll come even earlier with no response even if it seems fair. First was the promised dates to lure me in, then the unanswered emails and then being straight up lied to so that they can get time to scheme another reason why they arent getting the cards. I would not be surprised if they say that it is delayed again. Read moreFrom our experience with Impress all I can say is make sure that the technician they are sending over knows what he is doing and does not try to waste his time just to charge you for time he didn’t actually work for. Our last time doing business with Impress Rolland tried to call me a liar and say that they always have issues with us when they send their technicians. We have done business for the past year or two and every time they send someone it is always a new tech who does not know what he is really doing and is always unprofessional. This last time his technician left our printer and scanners uninstalled when everything was working properly the issue we were having was how slow our system was running. They of course tried to charge me $300 for 30min both techs were here for. The first tech only came to waste time and leave our systems in much worse condition than it was. They had to send a second tech to fix the problem the first tech. had wasted doing. Rolland had the nerve to stay on the phone over 20 min arguing back and forth with me calling me a liar and vouching for his technicians when he doesn’t even see or know the real business his techs are giving to their customers. Also make sure you sign off on the invoice making sure they charge you for the actual work done. I never signed off on the extra hour they were trying to charge me and of course they did not even have the proof therefore, Rolland fixed the issue but overall really bad customer service we have had with Impress especially...
