Ordered two different items in two separate orders from Kirkland’s and had poor experiences with both. First was a set of tables (2 end tables & 1 coffee table). The tops of the tables were completely different than the bottoms/legs and did not match the color as pictured/described AT ALL. The bottoms and legs were the right color but the tops were not at all - grey instead of honey brown. Also ordered a chair, delivery was promised in 3 to 7 business days. Called on day 4 because I had not received any notice of shipment, was told that the vendor had the order and they would inquire about shipment date. Called on day 6 having not heard back and was told the same thing (inquiry would be made) and that it would take 24-48 hours to get a response from the vendor. So the update about when it would ship would come after when the delivery was promised when the order was placed. When I asked why the previous inquiry had not been made was told that 4 days was too soon to inquire! Never heard back from customer service, received a notice of shipment the following day and when the chair finally arrived it was broken. 1. On 09/23/2021 I wandered into this Kirkland’s location. It has been a terrible time for me and I thought buying something for the holidays would bring a little Fall cheer. I forgot to snap a pic of an idea I saw on TV because I’m not great at putting items together. As I tried to piece things together, I failed miserably.

Enter Anna! She was so sweet and really has an eye for decorating. Anna was able to build a cute Halloween/Fall setting around the cream colored light up truck of which I love. I wanted something I could transition from Halloween to Thanksgiving easily while keeping the truck as the centerpiece. Plus I didn’t want to go too crazy since I’m in the process of moving and needed something I could easily pack right before moving day.

I want to take the time to thank your store employees in the store off of I-10 in Katy, TX. I went in looking for Christmas decor and saw a wicker Christmas tree skirt cover that I fell in love with. Three of your employees went above and beyond to try to find me one like the one on the floor display In the back room. When they couldn’t find it they all worked as a team to literally lift the decorated tree to give me the wicker skirt!!
