I recently toured Lenox Katy Creek as a potential future resident, and I have to say — I left shocked and disappointed. While the building itself is new and visually appealing, don’t let the surface fool you. What I witnessed during my visit was enough to completely change my impression of this property.
While waiting in the lobby, I overheard a conversation between staff members and a current resident regarding what seemed to be a serious issue. The way the staff — specifically Theresa and Ashley — spoke to this resident was incredibly rude, condescending, and dismissive. There was no empathy, no professionalism, just blatant disregard and attitude. I’ve been touring properties all over Houston and I’ve NEVER encountered such behavior from leasing or management teams anywhere else.
I normally keep to myself and wouldn’t think to post a review like this, but I felt it was necessary to warn other prospective renters. What good are high-end finishes and amenities if the people running the place treat residents this poorly?
I will also be reaching out to the property management company directly to report what I saw. This level of unprofessionalism should not go unchecked. Do your research and don’t be fooled by the fresh paint — customer service here is seriously lacking.
P.S. My name is not in your records because I toured with my husband, who was the one listed for the viewing. Suggesting I may have reviewed the wrong property, rather than acknowledging my feedback and taking a moment to verify internally, is dismissive. I specifically named two employees who work in your management office, which leaves no doubt I was referring to...
Read moreBack in June, I set off on an adventure to find my new home, and let me tell you, it was quite the journey! After searching high and low, my amazing cousin helped me discover Lenox Katy Creek, and it was love at first sight during the virtual tour! Living in Virginia at the time, I was blown away by the complex's appeal. Ms. Emily was an absolute superstar, guiding me through the application process seamlessly. Just a few days after I submitted my application, I received the thrilling news—I was approved!
From the moment I arrived, I felt an incredible sense of belonging. This past Friday, I officially moved in, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! The customer service here is top-notch, the amenities are fabulous, and the community is just bursting with warmth and friendliness. I’m completely smitten with my new place and it's already starting to feel like home.
I finally had the chance to tour everything in person when I moved in, and oh my goodness, I was not disappointed! The pool is pristine, the gym is well-equipped and every community space is meticulously maintained. I just know I’m going to have an amazing time here!
And let's talk about the cherry on top: I’m over the moon about my six weeks of rent-free living, thanks to their fantastic promotion! It’s such a relief, especially considering the financial and mental hurdles that come with moving. So, if you're thinking about relocating to Texas or just in need of a fresh apartment, look no further than Lenox Katy Creek. Trust me, this is the place to be! You’re going to...

I’ve had multiple issues while living here, and management has been consistently unhelpful and dismissive. One of the most serious problems was a valuable package that was delivered to their on-site mailroom. Another tenant stole it and despite having clear video evidence of the theft, Theresa, who is the assistant manager, told me they are "not responsible" and refused to take any real action.
This is extremely concerning for a gated community. If your package is stolen here, you’re on your own. Do not even bother speaking to the management team because it will only be a waste of your time and energy.
On top of that, the appliances in the unit are unreliable. My fridge once turned off while I was away on vacation, and I came home to spoiled groceries. It took a long back and forth before they offered me a mere $100 as compensation, which didn’t even cover the cost of what was lost.
They constantly excuse these problems by saying, "we’re a new property" but that doesn’t justify poor service, lackluster management, lack of accountability, or unsafe conditions. Save yourself the headache.
Even though the property is new, the property management team makes it...
