This black women accused me and my sister of I don’t even know what ?!. because she changed her story . my sister picked up a lip plumper asking me to buy it. And it was already opened but I was gonna buy a different one not the one she picked up. which is why she showed me that one for example. and the black women came from behind ACCUSING my sister and me for putting it on . then she said she saw us on the camera and when she showed our guardian the cameras she changed her story like if you think you’re doing your job your not maybe look at the camera TWICE and she stayed in that camera room for 10 more minutes before she showed our guardian she know she was wrong. I went in with my fiancé to use a gift card she had gotten for Christmas. After going around the store getting what we needed we went to self checkout to pay. (Which was the only option. There were no actual cashiers) after trying to use the gift card multiple times and it not working (keep in mind the register HAD a gift card option) I called an employee over to help me. She was very nice but had to call someone else over to ask why it wasn’t working. I didn’t get her name but the next lady to come help was tall with braided hair and she was EXTREMELY RUDE. She said they can’t sell gift cards at that location so their systems won’t take a gift card either but had a horrible attitude to us as if it our our fault we wanted to use a gift card. I get things like this can happen but why not put a sign on the door or by the register? And why are you so upset we tried to use a gift card, when the register SAID we can. Whoever she was. Very poor customer service. I saw a boot organizer displayed for $5. I took a picture to show my daughter as she has many boots and once she said she wanted it I proceeded to the register with it. Once I went to the register it rung up for $20. I had to wait several minutes for someone to come help me. When I explained to the associate AND SHOWED HER where it was displayed for $5, she refused to honor the price because “someone made a mistake since the barcode did not match the display price” and then continued to talk about it complaining about me to another sales person.
