I bought my queen mattress from here almost 4 years ago. It is a good place to get one. I went again to get King mattress. There is a lady who only speaks Spanish and there is a boy who understands/speaks English as well. He showed me mattress like TempurPedic, Serta, Novilla all priced at 500. At first visit, I asked if there is delivery available for which he said he can deliver in his truck and he will charge $25. I said I will be back after making arrangements at home. I went back after a week and he was there. He told me that TempurPedic and Serta ones are sold out. The remaining one was Novilla king mattress priced at $500 for which he said it is 14" and Orthopedic (FACTS: Novilla doesn't have 14" and there are only three models BLISS, VITALITY and SERENITY. NO ORTHOPEDIC, so don't fall for that). I checked online. Novilla was selling it (Bliss 12") for $484!! I told him that why would I pay 400 for something which doesn't have any warranty/ return and is not super new! He said he can do $400. I asked him to reduce a bit because he would charge for delivery and he didn't do much. I still agreed and then I told him that I am fine to pay $25 for delivery for 2 mile radius delivery. He denied saying that it is $30 and said that he never said $25! That was a lie! I still ignored thinking that he wants to earn some money. Totally fine. Then he said that he doesn't have a license and all about taking risk + cops but still ready to do it. Now I was like, okay, I don't want it. Why would I encourage anyone to do illegal stuff. I went there for a table couch bed and matress,

I got everything we agreed I wanted the day of shipment, except for the bed frame....

I called the lady and she was really rude, I explained and let her know that wasn’t the one...

Long story story short it was obvious she had messed up on how much she had the bed frame for, and tried telling me that she did not say the one we agreed on and then she kept on hanging up and honestly didn’t want to keep arguing with her...

But before you make a purchase make sure you take pictures of what you want and make her know exactly what you want to get...

Cause then she’ll send you what ever...

I tired buying a bed frame from here and they took all my money at once and we agreed that they would deliver the next day at 11 but at 1pm he still wasn’t here so we called and he said he would deliver it by 7:30 and still didn’t, nor did he give us a legit receipt, and when he couldn’t deliver he never called to tell us only I called...
