Best haircut I've had in a while!! Madison was really kind, and took the time to understand what I was trying to explain about how I wanted my hair. I felt like she checked in often with me about details of the cut and that made me feel good that she wasn't in a rush to just get the cut finished (how I've felt about other places). She really took her time getting the details right for a quality job done, which i love! This is my first time using Supercuts but I'll definitely be coming again and will definitely come to this location and Madison again!

The place was clean and really calm, and I felt that things were gender neutral. At other places, I feel like they tried to make me really girly, but I really appreciate that they take a much more neutral approach here! This was a really comfortable experience!

I have the kind of hair that has become more wavy through the years and needs to be changed up now and then. One Saturday, I went to Supercuts and Kyle helped me decide what would work best with my ever changing hair texture. He also listened to what I was hoping to achieve since I lack the talent in hair styling ability and the time to learn them. I left with a new haircut and a smile. Since the wave in my hair has a mind of its own, I found out that my hair needed a few adjustments. Wednesday, I was able to go back to Kyle. He listened and knew exactly what to do. He worked his magic and I have happy hair that I feel confident fits me just right. While I was there, I was able to ask questions and learn about some future options for my hair type. We didn't have an appointment and we just walked in and were given a spot immediately. I was scared because this was the first cut that she was choosing without my input (she is a pre teen!) and she wanted a LOT cut off. I sat down in the lobby to wait and I was anxious because of the dramatic cut she wanted (her hair had been growing for years and was mid-back length). Brittany cut her hair exactly how my daughter requested and she did the best job! We brought in a picture on our phone and she recreated it on my daughter's hair perfectly.
