Firehouse Subs Keizer Station — Restaurant in Keizer

Tried calling to tell them that the pickle that came with the sandwich had leaked so much liquid that it caused the bottom half of my bread to go so soggy it was no longer edible and the consistency of bread that was left in water for an hour when i got home. When I called to see if they could help me, I got hung up on after 2 rings and then for the next 10 minutes when I tried to call back it would just say "line busy" and wouldn't let my call through. Then a few minutes later it feels like they turned off the phones because I wouldn't say line busy or anything. It would just disconnect basically immediately. At this point it feel like they are just avoiding taking any calls, since none of mine could go through. I've been going here for years and have never had this happen before and was just going to ask if there was any way to come get a new sandwich, but now, I am beyond angry and will never be coming back

Update: someone from the store got ahold of me and basically told me there was no way a pickle alone could have done that to my bread and had the audacity to ask if I had put any vinegar or dressing on the sandwich (which I didn't because I hate both) and when I explained in my years of going there the mayo I put on my sandwich has never caused my bread to go so soggy it's like jello, and the soggy bread smelled of pickle juice. After that it has been radio silence from there end and no one has tried to make this right. I am severely...

Poor service. There was a mix-up with our online order, but rather than fix the sandwich by providing a different piece of bread without mustard added, the manager informed us we could pay for an additional sandwich. Instead, we canceled the entire order and won't be visiting this place again. Asking customers to pay for an additional $10 sandwich to get a piece of bread with no mustard on it is silly. Not to mention, our online order for HOT sandwiches was prepared 25 minutes before our scheduled pickup time, since this is when we called to correct the online mix-up with the mustard. Despite their choice to make the sandwiches way too soon and despite us calling within minutes to correct the incorrect ingredient on the order, management at this Firehouse thought the best solution was for us to buy additional sandwiches. Now, 2 sandwiches were wasted and you've lost some regular customers.

Never been to a Firehouse but heard good things. Place seemed clean but void of appeal…. I had no idea the subs came hot as a standard, and maybe they don’t, but I was never offered the opportunity to choose hot or cold on my make-your-own sun and had I know hot was the default I would have absolutely ordered cold! The sub was accurate but a weird mix of too hot and slightly cold which is weird anyway but the slimy warmth of the turkey and overheated iceberg lettuce… I could barely eat it. Had to force myself out of principle. Also they called my name but it was the wrong sandwich and then they denied calling my name but claimed to call a different one…. I hate to complain but I could hardly finish this sandwich and the mediocre service was so disappointing… just know if you’re like me that they will heat your sandwich by default and not give you a heads up or option. I will not be returning to this location or in all...
