On 06/20/2019, I called at 7:39am in the morning to place an order, the lady who answered, indicated she was the only employee there & had a lobby full of customers & to call back in a minute. I actually was just around the corner of the store, not even a 1 minute later of calling I drove by & there was absolutely not even 1 customer in the lobby, in fact you couldn't even see any employee there. Looked like the store was closed. I called at 7:42 to address my concerns & asked to speak with a manager, when she indicated she was a manager & she could refuse service to anyone at any time. When asked for her boss's name, she hung up on me. I proceeded to call back again & asked her why she had hung up on me, her response was, you can look up my boss's name online & I feel being harassed by you, & once again she hung up. This type of service is totally unacceptable by any business, especially when the income they make comes from customers. I've never had this type of service at this Jamba store and I've always come to this store to order, but you can assure I will never be back. I actually later called again at 5:40pm & spoke with a lead to address my earlier concerns and she was really nice in actually hearing out my concerns. Yet at 6pm I received 3 blocked number calls, on the 4th call, I finally answered and the lady on the other line, was very frustrated and indicated my concerns were not true and started threatening me. Obviously it was a lady representing Jamba Juice, I did hung up without further say. I called back the actual store and spoke with the lead & addressed the threatening calls from Jamba Juice. On this particular day, we decided to go to jamba because of the promotion â$2 off any smoothie.â My fiancĂ© and I started to order then showed proof of the coupon but it was brought to our attn that it could only be used on one transaction. Therefore, we decided to split the transaction (on two separate credit cards). The hesitation and slight dumb-founded look on her face lacked customer service in my opinion. I understand, unfortunately, the previous order had to be voided (which maybe I donât understand the âextra workâ that needs to be done because of that) but would have appreciated the understanding of saving two more dollars to honor the promotion. I would suggest a smile and a willingness to accommodate, as the employee, next time and I, as a customer, will remember to introduce the coupon prior to purchasing so no confusion arises.    Read moreI LOVE Jamba Juice and we donât have one where we live so Iâm ALWAYS EXCITED when we get to go! But tonight, I was very disappointed in the service at the Keizer Jamba Juice! My husband, kids and I showed up at 8:30 pm - they close at 10 - and was told that they didnât have fresh squeezed orange juice for my Orange Dream Machine smoothie because theyâd just cleaned the machine. I have worked in customer service since the age of 16 and KNOW that customer service means making the customer happy! I ended up getting the Peanut Butter Mooâd which tastes good, but not what I was in the mood for. I understand âside workâ is part of the job and needs to be done, but closing down the fresh orange juice machine an HOUR-AND-A-HALF before closing time was a bad decision. We wonât be going back...
