We went to get a couch and the sales woman (Older lady) was showing us everything in the store! I am handicapped too. My son kept telling her that we were only looking for a couch not a WHOLE SET!! 😞 😆 She was pushing him to buy something he didn't want and then she put the order in for a custom couch 🛋️ we were all satisfied with. Then a couple hours later she calls and says that couch isn't available in that fabric or at all. So she sold us a couch that wasn't available. This totally pisses me off! I had to take my son to the store again to choose yet ANOTHER couch and it's was more expensive than the first couch!! 😔 😡 They charged him an EXTRA $200! Didn't offer us free delivery or anything else. They did refund him $83 for the scotch guard couldn't be done on this particular couch. This sales lady (Julie I believe) was much quicker and listened to us. We were in n out in 20min. The store is really stuffy and hot too. The weather has been above 95° and they didn't have any fans going. The couch was delivered yesterday so we had to wait 4 days versus 2 weeks, like the last saleslady told us. We bought our couch here about 3 years ago. Great pricing for high quality furniture. The delivery was extremely professional, nice friendly guys, quick install and they worked quietly around my newborn! The couch was everything we had pictured it to be.

We just recently went back in to find my husband a good and durable office chair after buying cheap ones for so long and saw they had the big + tall office chairs! Very friendly staff that allowed us to browse with no pressure. We decided on a chair and they actually let us take the floor model and packaged it up for us quick since we were in such a time crunch! Great store!!! We needed a new bed on a Sunday. Didn’t want to drive to cda. Low and behold they have a great stock of wonderful beds. We found the perfect bed with a great price and you couldn’t ask for a nicer owner. Pat was so sweet and helpful.
