I don't make it to the shop often. But always get good service and smiles while there. The delivery can't be beat. I live in Wallace, they always give me about a forty five to hour wait time. I don't think I've ever waited that long. They deliver so fast it's pretty much the main reason I order from them. Order anything BUT the Pizza. They have decent options, jojo's, chicken strips. Wings and some pasta options. But the pizza, has no sauce and so much artificial cheese, they almost make for a better frisbee. This used to be my favorite pizza until maybe four years ago. I've been eating here since I was a kid. And the quality of the pizzas themselves has changed drastically. I haven't had a pizza containing a drop of the red stuff here in over two years. I order a pizza every eight or nine months. Just a small now. To see if they added any sauce. I've even specifically asked for extra sauce on the pizza. And this is the only customer service demand they haven't met for me. They will substitute this or that. Go miles out of their way for every facet of their service.

Except make a decent Pizza.

I still eat their pasta and wings. Just bidding my time. Honestly getting harder and harder with Zanys. Whose pizza has sauce. And Dominos. Who also has sauce.

But great staff. Exceptional delivery times. And the menu is pretty solid, as long as you order a pizza with bbq or...

Despite all the bad reviews we tried this place because the food choices in Kellogg were lacking. The service left something to be desired, but what do you expect when a bunch of teenagers are in charge with no adult present? Walked in and nobody was at the counter so we stood there for about 4 min talking hoping they'd hear us. They were busy gossiping in the back. I peeked my head around and asked if they were still open, trying to not be rude but to get their attention. We ordered and we were going to wait but she offered to have it delivered to our room. I said sure, knowing the estimate of 45 min was a joke. Again went in to get some condiments to bring back to our room so they didn't have to remember to bring them and was ignored despite the one girl seeing me. The delivery driver actually said to her after she walked away from the counter "is anyone going to help her" and then she acted annoyed that she had to do her job. Kids these days...we didn't get our food by 1.2 hours so I walked down and grabbed it myself. The food wasn't bad honestly. Chicken tenders were cooked well and juicy, jojos were not cooked enough, pizza seemed to be made with fresh ingredients. Get an adult in here to supervise these kids and you'll probably get...

First of all, two pizzas took a hour and forty minutes which I’m almost used to with wildcat and I’m okay with but it’s been getting worse and worse. Onto the problem, the food. I learned quite awhile ago if you want a pizza to be cooked from wildcat ask for it well done, well I guess they’re done caring because my pizza requested well done was RAW DOUGH. Like RAW, the toppings fell off the first slice I picked up and I made the slice into a dough ball… no joke(pic 2). I ate a couple of the more cooked slices and they were GROSS. Swimming in grease and so many olives it was hilarious. The second pizza, which was a gluten free crust for my wife, was clearly made with a cheap pre made crust and seriously tasted like nothing and also just an insane amount of olives. I wouldn’t even be leaving this review if this was the first time but my last 3 ordered from wildcat have gone essentially the same way unfortunately and I just can’t waste anymore money on food that’s inedible. $40 to wait almost 2 hours for the worst pizza I’ve ever seen and a very sad little pizza… also every single $1 slice I get lately is either RAW or DRY like bones in the desert. I feel...

Used to love this place, but never again. I would only order calzones because the pizza wasn't good. Was here 3 years ago and it was great. Moved back 3 months ago and couldn't wait for a pizza. It was disappointing. Decided to stick to calzones. We ordered 4 calzones the other day. My mom always asks them to not burn them. The 1st 3 were beautiful and perfect. This top one was the was the wrong type and it was burnt. It looks burnt, it smells burnt. We called back and got another one sent. The delivery driver dropped it off, said it wasn't burnt and peeled off before anyone could check. The bottom is the replacement that is more burnt than the first. My mom went in with both calzones. The delivery person was working the counter. He refused to send a manager out and guaranteed her every calzone they send out looks like that. We got our money back for that one.

Not sure what the heck is going on here. It's the first sit down restaurant I've been I where I was told that they didn't have WATER!! So I'm supposed to choke down a pizza without water. Half way through our meal one of the workers found some foam cups left over from someone else's kids party. The food was good and the staff was friendly even though they couldn't provide water at first. Unfortunately the restaurant is a pit. It looks like they were remodeling or just didn't care. Weird stains dripping down the wall, pizza sauce on the artwork, and the over head air systems looked like something from a greasy nightmare. I would caution any one from going there. I hope the owner get things figured out and start to pull things together. I only did the 2 stars because the pizza was good and the staff was friendly.
