So anyone going to Kellogg Vision Center be warned, the three people who work as receptionists will give you 3 different stories. The doctor was very kind, and probably has no idea what is going on in the front office. We were told the day our daughter's were seen 7/25/23 that the glasses for both of them were ordered. When my wife got a text saying our oldests glasses were ready, we were then told they had NOT came in when we called the office. 8/22/23 We were then informed that they had never even been ordered for either girl. On 9/11/23 we spoke to yet another person to get yet another story. Seems by THIS lady that 2 different people came in and asked specifically for my daughters glasses. The funny part is she did not know who my youngest was, (we adopted her so her last name is different than ours) all of a sudden she knew that "a tall gentleman came in and picked up her glasses" video footage just popped into her head all of a sudden. So once again we had to have them order my youngest daughters glasses. Who cannot even see the white board at school. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. when confronted about getting 3 different stories we were told and I quote " Well there ARE 3 of us, so......." ??????????? Really there are 3 of you so that's why we got 3 lies about what was going on? Again DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. We unfortunately will be traveling for our glasses...

I was seen by Dr. Finley for a diabetic eye exam as well as a prescription update for my eyeglasses. From my first contact at the point of check-in, to my time with the doctor, to the time spent with me picking new frames, getting fitting data for the lenses, and discussing financing options, I have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience!

Dr Finley presented in a very knowledgeable, calming, and friendly way throughout the exam, which was appreciated. I felt like he answered my questions & concerns honestly, even though he could've gone in the direction of previous providers who were obviously more concerned with giving recommendations that ended up costing me more money, regardless of whether they were needed or not. I look forward to continuing on the path of my future eye-care journey with him as my eye doctor.

As for the infinitely patient woman who helped me pick new frames and set up my new pair of glasses, from fit to financing, I'm so grateful that people like her still exist in this world! She was super friendly, patient, and helpful in every way.

If you have eye-care needs in the Silver Valley, I would happily recommend Kellogg Vision Center! Based on my experience, I can't imagine anybody there leading you to...

Horrible experience, had an eye exam and they supposedly ordered mine and my sisters glasses, we got a call saying that the glasses came in about a week later. I go in a few days later to get my glasses and they said that they were not in yet. Fast forward 1 and a half months still no glasses we go in again and they say that they were ordered the day that I went in to get them. After many phone calls we finally got my glasses , my sisters haven't come in yet, one person working told us that someone "stole" mine and my sisters glasses, another said that they lost them, and the other one said that they were on their way. When we asked them about it they said "well there are three of us working here." They told us three different stories and over 2 months later we still...
