The claw machines are rigged, if you attempt to get an animal in the back, the claw doesn't even close. I talked to the attendant and she didn't try to investigate it thoroughly enough to flag it as broken. (She didnt check claw at the back of the machine, just the middle, where it was regularly rigged.) Most of the prizes are all placed on the edges of the machine where it is impossible to grab them. The games are dated, some are out of order, and the air hockey table eats your tokens. The staff are humorously dead inside. I would NOT recommend this to anyone. the manager was incredibly rude. got mad at me for having a card that i got from the card machine itself, and tried to be a smartass about it because i didn’t realize the card was already there when i got to the machine. maybe an arcade manager who mostly works around kids should be more professional and polite. He’s an arcade manager lmao, he could also use a good step back and a reevaluation of where his life’s at and keep his ego in check. and given that he spoke this way to adults, couldn’t imagine if he spoke that way to someone’s child....

So last week Thursday I took my boys to the kemah boardwalk so we could have fun unfortunately only 3rides were open due to weather and when I stopped by the arcade we just finished paying and then their system stopped working I didn't get a call after I left my information but today coming in I was ready for my full refund and done. Frank the supervisor and must be boss 💪 double my purchase so we had more play time and my were able to play every game more than once...
