Went in on my birthday as I saw the Kendra Scott display outside of business. Had a good selection of jewelry and also carry Pandora as well. I selected 2 Kendra Scott pieces to go with my outfit. I go to the check out counter and let them know it it my birthday and I would happy to show my license. One sale representative was ringing up my purchases and the other went to the back. Upon her return she told my cashier the discount was 20% only. I was with a friend and a family member and did not want to cause a scene. So I purchased my pieces and left the store. I had the unfortunate opportunity to visit this store February 7th 2020. When it comes to customer service, the older, snobby, unfriendly, lady working there, is still suck in the 1950's. She did not great us, was rude when I asked her a question and looked down on us, as if she was better than God Himself. Trust me, I had plenty of money to spend, but after her dissatisfied attitude, i took my money somewhere else. If she is not use to different nationalities visiting this store, then she needs to work else where, or keep her snooty self at home. She really needs training, when it comes to attitude. Horrible customer service! Pandora should be ashamed of the people they hire to represent their merchandise. Little girls at this location were clueless about pandora product.
