I contemplated posting this review for a couple of weeks, but felt it was vital for others booking services in the salon.
I was scheduled to visit this location to prep for a maternity photoshoot back in July. This was a very special day for me and I was SO excited to capture the last few moments of my pregnancy and belly.
On my way to the salon, which was a few weeks after hurricane Beryl hit Houston and the surrounding areas, I experienced heavier traffic than I expected. I was running a few (FIVE) minutes behind. I wanted to ensure that the salon would still honor my appointment, so I called to verify. I let them know my exact ETA, and let them know I was experiencing longer traffic times than expected (due to the traffic lights still being out) and she told me not to worry. I beat the ETA I quoted but to my surprise upon arrival- there was only one person working in the salon that evening. She had just started a hair cut as I got there……..
Not only did I have to wait 40 mins after said appointment time, I was late to my own photoshoot that i invested so much in- monetary wise. This was so embarrassing.
I was very upset that I had just spoken to the employee over the phone and she ensured me not to worry. Now clearly this was a walk in service for the other customer. It baffled me, because WE JUST SPOKE ON THE PHONE. She also made me look EXTREMELY washed out. Thank God for my photographers software and editing skills.
My point is, make sure you are on time for your appointments because apparently they could care less what you have going on. 🙄 I will never do business with this salon...

She stood and waiting on the customer behind me that was Hispanic. If this store has racial issues this could a major problem for your store. I left your store and what I planned to purchase on the counter. I left immediately for the very poor treatment and respect of a customer. I plan to contact your owner and express how their store is poorly managed. As a manager myself of a very large organization, I do know what a poorly manage store looks like. I’m only one person , but many will know your store is poorly managed. I and others will plan to not purchase another item from your store. I did not enter your store to be ignored , no one offer to see if I needed anything or if I had questions . Read moreI booked an appointment for my daughters prom make up it was the worst. I paid $70 for her to come and wipe it off. She did a better job herself at home. It said formal make up so I thought they would do more she literally applied basic makeup the eyeliner was uneven one was big the other was small like shown in picture, she did not apply foundation under eye shadow so you can’t see the glitter eyeshadow. The employee seemed like she did not want to be there the girl next to us was talking with her client. I tried talking to her several times she did not reply I don’t know if she heard me. Anyways it was horrible it was a special moment for us because of it being prom and it was a disappointment , I would recommend looking for someone that actually has pictures of their make up work so u know what...
