If you’re indecisive & trying to make a quick transaction, whatever you do DON’T say, “Anyone is fine!” Because they’ll then proceed to try & ask which one & when you respond again with, “Anyone is okay!” They’ll just look at you like they don’t understand what “anyone” means & as if you’re the most frustrating customer they’ve dealt with that day. Then they’ll refuse to hand you your card like a human being & purposefully place it down with such an attitude because well I guess that’s all they could do to show how disgusted they were by me asking if they knew what “anyone” meant. This place sucks. Wife went to go get some gummies on 7/13. She asked specifically for D8, but got home just to find out she was given Armani. She proceeded to go back to the store and the "assistant" manager decided to not give her a refund or let her pay the difference for the D8. Not only did she not do her job correctly, she had an attitude and this was not the first instance. Vape City you really need to check your "managers" and tell them to tone down their attitude. I live just five minutes away and have been a regular at this shop for several months. I’m loyal to one specific flavor, and for the past three weeks, it’s been consistently out of stock. Strangely, it’s the only flavor missing. What’s frustrating is that staff say they have no control over inventory, which raises a question: if something is clearly in demand, why not make sure it's always available?
