Great place for the one off stuff. Staff friendly and helpful in gating parts. Much dismayed about the return policy. Brought some bolts, nuts, and washers back all organized for easy restocking. When bought them, they were all just placed in one box. So when I went to return, got the “we typically charge 20 percent restocking fee” from the manager. l Asked really? He said what would you like to do. I said guess there is really no choice and he claimed the 20 percent (a little over $20). And that was that. He would not even cut me a break even though I had sorted all different bolts, nuts, washers in different bags. They had me over a barrel. Felt like there could have been some tolerance with the “typical restock fee” since it may take just a few minutes to return the fasteners to the bins. Have to admit, other places have not done this. It was like they did not want to do the return. Again much dismayed and will not recommend this place to anyone. Will take my business...

I seriously don't know how they stay in business.The prices on their products are Extremely Overpriced.You will pay more on most items then you will Just across the street. Kemah Hardware Needs new management new owners or just needs to go away. They have been ripping off the people of Kemah for way too long.If you price check people you will definitely go somewhere else. And they get the impression that they just don't really need your business. Keamh hardware sucks on every level. Do yourself a favor....

The customer had asked “So has the price for wood gone up?” And the employee replied “Yea because of your Dumbass president”. The customer asked if he could “keep politics out of this” and he replied “you can go across the street!” (Home Depot) The customer in turn walked out obviously angry , now in recrospect I very much disagree with talking politics to customers and I would say it was a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience at this...
